Big shout out to Barley and Board tonight for accommodating a 30 top with a couple hours notice. Such a great space with great food and drinks. Check this place out, you won’t be disappointed?
I walked by this place earlier in May and knew I had to bring my girlfriend to try it. We were not disappointed. This restaurant has an amazing atmosphere, inside and out. We decided to sit outside and built our own charcuterie board with meats and cheeses. Also pictured are the big plates we ordered - steak salad and gnocchi. Everything tasted great, including the drinks, and we had wonderful service, too. Whether you're just looking to get a drink with friends, have a snack, or get dinner, their menu has a lot of options to choose from. I'm looking forward to my next visit.
I’ve become a regular! Love this place. Best wait staff I’ve ever encountered, plus incredible happy hour drinks ($5 cocktails plus wine specials from 4-6 Monday through Friday!) My absolute favorite drink is the OPERA HOUSE ?. The cheese options for the charcuterie boards change super regularly, so there’s always something new and delicious to try!

This place is awesome! I had the Wagyu Pastrami Melt and my girl had the Turkey steak sandwich. Both sandwich where freaking awesome and delicious. My potatoes wedges were very tasty. But my girl homemade potato chips stole the show. Those chip were hot and crispy. They can probably serve them as an appetizer by themselves. Can't wait to go back and try some other dishes.
We enjoyed our meal here, BUT...The Grandscape area it's in is a zoo. We walked for like 10 minutes before we even got there. (Hint: it's behind PF Changs)The restaurant is like a wharehouse - tall ceilings and cement floors. So it has the acoustics of a wharehouse, which is to say LOUD. It wasn't even full when we were there and we still had to nearly yell to chat.The food was very good with interesting flavors and combos. Loved the sweet potato hummus and the gnocchi. We tried a cookie board for dessert and enjoyed it, but not the best cookies ever.The service was not great. Our waiter was sweet, but we tried to catch his eye to ask for more water for like 10 minutes. Same thing when we wanted the check. He did comp our cookies, but still... not great.Overall, the food probably wasn't worth the noise, the wait, and the ridiculous parking.
Perfect weather to sit on the patio, Abby was a fun and attentive server, chef's selections for Mother Board were outstanding ... good food shared with good friends on a good Friday night!
We went for date night and it was a great experience. The food was awesome and Matt was really nice and didn't rush us at all.
Came here last night around 6:30pm. Best cheeseboard I've had at a restaurant in a long time! I highly suggest the chef's selection for $40. Most places these days charge a crazy price for barely anything on the board. I was so happy when this board came out loaded. It was enough for 3 people!Only thing, it does not need the pile of chocolate chips. I would replace that with some dried fruit or a more interesting chocolate like bacon chocolate or chile spiced chocolate. Also would be nice if there was a gluten free option to the bread that comes with it.Cocktails were good and the bartender was awesome!
Casual vibes. Large outdoor patio and bar in the heart of Grandscape. Great cocktails! Decent portion sizes. The chicken fried oyster mushrooms are amazing!
