This place used to be amazing, has gone down significantly. The one waiter that everyone else has also commented about on google (who has been there for a long time) has a big chip on his shoulder now, and decides to serve you when he wants to, and has an attitude like he is obliging you by serving you. Also like what others have said, if you go there when they are empty, they look at you like why are you here, I wanted to go home (this is over 1.5 hours before they close). The management really needs to make immediate changes. Different guests are treated differently. This was an amazing place, last 6-9 months has become really bad, not sure if it is change of ownership, or if they just don't care.

I volunteered to provide a meal for a family in need at my church. They live within 15 minutes of this particular restaurant. When I called this restaurant to order a "family pack for four," the young lady who answered the phone acted as if I was speaking a foreign language. She was totally inflexible and acted as if they run the the only Italian joint in the state of Texas. The conversation quickly became uncomfortable. She was determined to win the debate trophy. Click! I then called Roma's, their competitor down the street. That conversation was incredibly pleasant. I am actually excited about spending $100 with them. They earned both my business and my respect! As I reread the reviews for the two restaurants, I now see Roma's has the superior reviews. Candidly, I have never eaten at either establishment but I am convinced Roma's is better. Do not support arrogance. Go to Roma's. They really care about their patrons!

My favourite Italian restaurant I really like fettuccine pasta, garlic cheese breadsand cheese pizza they all tastes really good.

Went in diner is empty completely.Waiter is at register and I ask if I seat myself. Clearly doesn't understand and then say yes . He not taking order not on the phone never comes to my table. I walk out.. this place has been here over 20 yrs and this waiter is not a new waiter just has a chip on his shoulder. I remember having issues with this guy last yr. Shame on him.

I went here as part of my day off treat to myself. The place looks a little outdated but it's clean and the atmosphere is nice. I enjoyed the fried calamari and shrimp fettuccine. I also had the Tiramisu, which was pretty good. Everything was hot and fresh and the service was excellent! I'll be going back.

The food was delicious! Great service, and friendly staff. Our family’s new favorite when in town.

This was my first time at this restaurant and it was a very positive experience. Though short staffed (and who isn't these days) the employees who did work there were doing everything they could to service the tables well. The garlic cheese bread was delicious, the pizza was savory and filling, and dessert was excellent. I'll definitely come eat here again next time I'm in the area.

Good pie. Loved the red sauce here!

Best local Italian I've had within range of my apartment! I will keep coming back until my lease ends and I move. The pizza is good. The pasta is good. Comes out hot and ready, so you best be ready for good eats! This place also gives you bang for your buck. They're totally worth cracking your wallet open!

This place was a great find, especially for an impromptu date-night with my wife :)The atmosphere was pleasantly subtle, the food was exquisite, and Orbel took great care of us!
