I really like this place. Decor is all eye candy with new things to see even on your 5th visit. The staff and management are exceptional. They are extremely attentive, and if they make a mistake, they own it and compensate for it. The food is plentiful and delicious. One warning… if you like to order appetizers, then get your appetizers and finish them before ordering your entree. You might not be as hungry when finished the appetizer. (The mushroom “caps” are as big as my hand.)
I had the MAC DADDY & CHEESE, which was really good. My wife had the AVOCADO BURGER, which was made wrong and very dry. Our service was horrible. It took 15 minutes, once seated, for someone to come welcome us. Then after we got our food they never came buy to fill drinks, or even check on how our food was. We then had to ask a different server for our check and it still took another 15 minutes after that just to get it.
Wow the best chicken fried steak with gravy and mashed potatoes! The salad was good and ranch dressing the best! The taste is great and portions enough for a second meal and yes I do enjoy 2 days worth! Yummy plus topped off with a baking soda bisquick from scratch....mmmm!
Food is good. Staff will ignore you. Won't acknowledge you standing there at all.
Good as usual except my ribs were dry. 2 stars off for that cause nothings worse.Tried their crab cakes for the 1st time yummm
Been here many times in the past and always had great experience. Why one star now? I don't know what happened but all the pleasant staff became a thing of the past. Once seated, in an almost empty restaurant, we waited for some time before being acknowledged by our waiter. She introduced herself as Amanda in an extremely snooty way. She brought us the waters we asked and literally walked away immediately before I could open my mouth to order appetizers. She didn't ask if we wanted to order anything, or if we had questions, just rudely plopped our waters and walked away to a busier table. We twiddled our thumbs for several minutes, she didn't come back, so we left. We came to have a nice meal, we usually tip 20-25%. Never coming back here, why bother, can't get our food ordered anyway.Update: they reached out after I left the comment via their website as requested. They sounded nice and offered a gift card that would be sent from corporate. Nothing was sent (yes, I did check my spam folder), it's been over a week. When I wrote back a few days ago, I got silence in return.¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Good food, great service, excellent drinks, and I love music. Highly recommend.
Excellent service by Ally! Food was great, we ordered the salmon bowl and summer blend salad with steak. I asked for medium on the steak and it came a bit rare but i didn’t mind. The ambiance was really great, overall a wonderful experience
Good atmosphere, good food, good selection of beer/drinks. Price of Items on menu are a tiny bit, a hair high. And service is a little bit slow. That's why the 3 stars. The waiter was nice....
