Great customer service and friendly atmosphere
Lately (past year or so), when going through the drive through, burgers not made to order or something is missing. Usually the fries. Not worth driving back to get. Often , no napkins or ketchup given unless requested. Shouldn't have to check my order at the drive through window, but will need to going forward. Ordering inside is usually followed by a long wait. It's obvious preference is given to the drive through customers.
Whataburger is the Best !!! Point Blank Period .... I eat at Whataburger almost every single day , their food is so delicious.... Natalie the manager she will go above and beyond to keep her customer's coming back to Whataburger no doubt she is so Awesome she didn't even hesitate to replace my whole order when my order was messed up plus she threw in an Apple pie and gave me a beautiful smile and told me not to forget to come back ....? Made me feel Very much appreciated .... So Thankful and Grateful ?
I love whataburger, but the last 4 times I've come, I'm always missing something from my kids meals. I have called up there each time it has happened, and tonight I looked and again they were missing the graham crackers, and the fries were all half filled, didn't even ask if we needed ketchup. I understand it being a busy night and having both lanes open, I used to work overnight at Whataburger, so I get it. But 4 times in a row isn't good. I've spoke to Natalie and Ricky, both managers, and it still keeps happening. Kinda upset tonight.
I've given this location 3 chances and they still can't get my order right. They will just make the same mistake over and over. After being told I'm allergic to mustard they still put it on my food. Then the lady at the window stares blankly at me after I tell her thank you. Weird part is there was no argument so I don't understand the attempted stare down. Kid taking my order was awesome
Poor kids need help! Otherwise they are on top of it as best they can. Haven't been on the inside yet so sorry no pics. I would have given them a 5 star but they took off my mushroom Swiss burger. Smh why oh why.
Curbside is the best! Sometimes theres a wait but usually because they are busy! Never a bad vist for me when i go!!
UMMM…guys they have bugs in they meat I wouldn’t eat there cs I worked there cs I’m the one they fought…nd I got fired but the other girl didn’t mwah…n I’m going to get what I want from them cs it was messed up to fire me n my bsf but not the ppl that hit us n it’s a team leader there NAME -Paige she’s no goodt she is messy she talks about everyone she works with soo Goodtnite I hope you see this-WHATABUGER TEXAS CITY!-aka MARII
Did drive thru and worker was very polite and our food was made fresh and order was correct.
I love this restaurant. It's my go to spot. They are always hospitable and polite with Texan spirit. The burgers are awesome and the onion rings are always fresh. The Dr pepper shake is mmmmm. Also I love their salads as well, so if you want nutrition there is the option. I love Whataburger.
