The meat was so raw the entire bun was soaked with blood . I’ve eaten at Wendy’s my whole life and this was so disgusting I’ve lost my appetite for this evening and I’m pretty sure forever at any Wendy’s as a matter of fact I will be going tomorrow and getting my money back .They need to get rid of the entire crew and start over including management
Drive thru only picks up on smaller to medium vehicles IF you're at a certain angle, so if you're in a truck and just don't pull into the driveway perfectly to Wendy's design you'll wait for a lifetime. I made the choice to go inside after waiting 7 minutes in the drive thru, all to have my order taken incorrectly. I ordered a Son of a Baconator and received a TRIPLE BACONATOR! Really? The young lady who took the order was not helpful nor did she care to understand theistake she made, if she was unclear of the order it costs nothing to ask for someone to repeat, plus I waited to make my payment via credit card because she decided to fix my drink before hitting the button for me to pay, "oh my bad..." *sigh*
Get the drive through fixed please. Great great service and food if you get to order.
Y’all just serving raw burgers out here huh. Get out the kitchen if u don’t know what ur doin! Got my order through door dash 9 pm on 3/22/22… Absolutely despicable to say the least.
Idk who's food I just got but it's not terrible. Just not what I ordered and there was only 2 people in line, me and the person in front of me.
1st & last time I will ever have a issue w this Wendys. I mobile order my meal & paid online 20 min prior to arrival. I had to wait an extra 15 min cause order was not ready. After I got my order was all wrong, cold & old fries, short on a 4pc nugget order, & I ordered Grilled not Fried; no ketchup for the cold fries. No napkins. -- I had been to this Wendys many times before & never had other issues. I even posted a great review over the other visits. I had to reconsider my opinion due to the way this visit was handled. Wow! Manager had me wait those extra 15 minutes just to make an exception to prepare my order all wrong. I defiantly am reaching out that way co-workers won't waist their lunch break at this Wendys location.

Bad drive thru service. Took more than 10 minutes of me waiting at the speaker before I drove around. I could see anyone so I drove to the front and then to the other side to see no one working.
Love the fries and frosty!!! My grandsons first! He loves it! Thank you Wendy's! And, you'll should do commercials about people's first fry dipped in Frosty! People will be coming to get that great walk down memory lane of eating fries dipped in a frosty
Fries were undercooked and cold. The last few times I’ve been here they have either gotten something wrong or I was missing an item.
