I never leave reviews on anything but I got on here especially because this is the worst village pizza I've ever been to and I felt like I should save you time and money I have tried them 3 times the first time I ordered online I was charged online and then when I got there the guy insisted that it didn't show up in his system and I needed to pay again so I went elsewhere and he got free pizza the second time I ordered over the phone when I got there the power was out and my pizza wasn't finished not really there fault and it was the whole strip center not just them so I went elsewhere again the third time I called today and he said he was out of pizza that there was nothing left all 3 times it was the same guy and all 3 times I've tried I walked out of there no pizza and frustrated lol
I have ordered pizza several times from Village and it was the best pizza in TC in my opinion. However, last night I ordered a pizza and it was the worst pizza I have ever had. Quite a disappointment. It was soggy and even putting it in the oven didn't get the crust right. the toppings were melded together like they had been put in a blender. There were no distinct olives or other ingredients that could be seen. It was like mush. I don't know if the recipe changed or what but if it has change it back or I can assure you that you will lose business. And it didn't seem like a little cooking mistake or a new cook or anything...it was more like they had cut corners to save money and was not even pizza from Village anymore. It was not he pizza I was expecting and it did get thrown away after a couple of bites. It seriously went from best pizza in TC to the worst pizza in TC. I would not try it again unless I got a free pizza to test first. I would not spend money there again unless I know I am getting the quality of food I had come to expect and loved before now. Also, it seems as though you never have drivers. That has been an ongoing problem for at least a year now. I myself applied for a job as a driver there about a year ago when I was desperate for work and after meeting with the manager and seeing his treatment of other employees, I decided I would NEVER want to work for that guy no matter how desperate I got. I wish I had gotten his name. He made it easy to see why they can't keep employees. Stop cutting costs on quality and get a better owner and/or manager that knows how to treat employees and knows how to run a business to the standards the community used to be able to rely on from Village.
I feel devalued when I come here
The subway bread was not toasted. Nothing but bread, very little meat in the Philly cheese steak. There was no value meal so the fries and drink extra. Ended up being $18. Not worth it.. at all. Go elsewhere
Best Pizza on Earth !!! Greek Salads & Fried Clams are excellent too!!! We order “take out” twice a week - very good food , Service is outstanding - thank you Village Pizza for making delicious food - Roland & Monica
I’ll order two large double pepperoni extra cheese pizzas. I’ve ordered them before and I know what extra cheese looks like. These look like thin crust pizzas as soon as you left the pepperoni you’re right to the crust there’s barely any cheese. But you know what there’s a lot of? Grease. I called the restaurant I was dismissed and told that there was extra cheese on these pizzas and there’s not. This is going in the trash. Nastiest thing I’ve ever tasted.
The pizza is good a lot cheaper than ordering from door Dash. don’t order from door Dash don’t mess up your order get it straight from the pizza parlor.
Not very good customer service... Especially when you use Doordash. Twice now they have left out items in the order when the doordash delivery person came to pick them up and refused to replace/refund the missing items.
My son is 16 and came here looking for his first job. He handed the manager his information and he tore it up saying we don’t hire 16 year olds.If that’s your policy then fine. I think you could find a better way to treat a kid looking for a job. I asked my son about it and he said he isn’t going to let it bother him. But it bothers me.That’s not the kind of employers I would want my son to work for. It’s not the kind of business I will support.
Horrible management and employees. The food is pretty good but the service is SLOW!!!!!!!!!!!
