This is the best Taco Bell in the area. They deal with a lot of people quickly and efficiently and the food is always delivered just the way we asked for it.
Whoever made my burritos tonight...excellent...Whoever made the Cinnabon ice coffee, no so excellent.
I placed an order to go, it was incomplete, they don't answer the phone other than to pick it up and hang up.AND the Nacho Cheese Sauce was cold.Give me a break.
This place is horrible. They screwed up my drive-thru order. I discovered this when I got home. I took it back to the store. The cashier and her trainee were belligerent and attempted to say I was lying. However, the receipt supported my claim. The mgr attempted to remake only part of the supreme taco box order. I ask for a completely new meal. They hesitated but acquiesced. This shouldn't have been an issue. I hate horrible service. Don't go here!!!
The person who answered the phone after hanging up on me told me to f off and hang up. Also, the first time I called this place my kids didn't know what to order yet bc we are on vacation. I told him to give me one minute and i asked my girls what they wanted and he hung up on me before i told him what we wanted. I called them a second time for another chance and that is when he told me to f off. Very bad costumer service.

The food tasted ok. I have been to different Taco Bell’s that were ALOT better. This one had no utensils, and the things I wanted to order were not to be had.
Wow okay well I guess this will be the last time we ever go to this Taco Bell in Texas City... I took all the food back that we got in error last night, the three potato tacos and a potato quesadilla, to get our three tacos SUPREME and one bean burrito when I got there they were very nice and gave my order again... to someone else in the drive through window as I stood in the store there and waited, after waiting there a good 6 minutes, I asked about how long it would take to make three tacos supreme and a bean burrito,? then they realized that they gave it away through the drive-thru,and they made it again and of course when we got home the order was wrong? the tacos were not Supremes... We are done going to this Taco Bell, third time they messed up... y'all really need to replace the staff there at the Texas City Taco Bell.
Every time I. Come here they have an issue with my drink. It’s always something, I’ve missed out on at least 4 drinks. This is the only location by my house. If you stand in line inside they will ignore you and just take care of the drive through. I walked out this time. Screw this place and it’s pier management. Sorry for all the money lost on the wrong orders and misplaced items coming from this place. ?
