Worst birthday dinner ever. The food wasn’t the problem. We all took my dad out for his birthday dinner here and it was our first time trying the place, there were 7 of us in the party. We ordered appetizers, those came out timely. Drinks also came out quickly. Then we order our food, and about usual wait time every single persons meal comes out except for the birthday boy. We waited and waited for 15 minutes before the waitress told us “the kitchen is backed up”. They were not crowded and if the kitchen was backed up why did everyone else get their food except one person at our table. Over a half hour goes by everyone is finishing their food and still no dinner for my dad. He eventually had to tell the waitress to just cancel it. So he didn’t even get to eat dinner at his birthday dinner. Overall it was a horrible first experience and I honestly don’t see us going back.
Service was good... but the shrimp kisses were small and didn't have cheese/ much cheese as I am used to at other places. Crawfish wasn't as flavorful as I hoped for. But I definitely love the vibe
It was ok. I got the bangers and mash and it was good. My family on the other hand got mostly American food and nobody was overly impressed. I'm also not sure what's going in the mall but it just seemed out of place and kind of dirty. A lot of beer options though.
What a Desaster! We came pretty late and we’re expecting some wait time, but this experience was just bad! After twenty minutes of wait one of the runners brought us drinks but said she will have to send a server over to take our orders. After 45 minutes we still didn’t have a server and wanted to leave… but only after we had to wait another 12 minutes to PAY!!! We will NOT come back any time soon…
GARBAGE my dad lost his ID he's 60 years old they refused him entry . That's understandable but thier top flight security showed my dad so much disrespect all my dad said was he was 60 they were rude. Lost my business people should treat people with respect. I called to talk to manager and I was denied and hung up on . I was not rude at all for him to hang up on I just wanted to dress my concern
We had a party of 11. Waitress Trinity was AWFUL!! Had to ask for an appetizer and refills every time!! When she DID come to the table, she didn’t give anyone time to answer if we needed anything before walking off. My 6 yr old grandson accidentally bumped into her and she rolled her eyes like a teenager. No smile or personality at all THEN we get our bill and have an automatic 18% gratuity. Which they charge even if there’s only one person!! She wasn’t worth a $5 tip let alone $32!! Ridiculous! We will NEVER be back!! Guaranteed!!
