They made my Frappuccino perfectly. I've been to a lot of different Starbucks this is one of the best ones I've been to. They have some new drinks and I can't wait to try them out.
Staff was nice, Americano was weaker than coffee. I was not the only one complaining about how weak the drinks were. I can get weak coffee at McDonald's for a third of the cost.
Terrible place to work I’ll say that much! No one ever wants to contribute to teamwork which is why the lines are so long always. Store manager picks favorites. People who don’t need to work, work anyways and she allows terrible workers to continue to work. They fire who they want for any reason at all. Just lots of favoritism and criticism. Don’t even wanna give this place one star. Can’t forget about the gnats guys!! Don’t get any refresher drinks here. Or mobile order cause there’s a 1000% chance you’ll have them flying all through your food and beverages. Shut this place down!!!
They make the drinks right but it takes a really long time because they are too busy talking. The music is way too loud, there are gnats and flys everywhere so thats annoying trying to wait for your drink and gnats fly around your face. It is not clean at all, floors are super dirty, bar top is filthy and they aren't that busy.
I guess this is "my starbucks" since it is the closest to my house and I love it because is new store. Very clean and organized inside. Some of the employees are slow and confused sometimes but I still think that they are the best.
I have had great experiences here as far as customer service goes. The lady that took my order this morning was rude, talked to me like I was dumb and continued to talk her mess when I pulled up to the drive thru window. ver batam - she “doesn’t care that I am her customer” ? Don’t let the rotten ones ruin your reputation Starbucks.
Went through the drive-thru around 1:30PM. I asked for one grande and one venti mocha cookie crumble. The woman who took my order said “oh I’m sorry I’m *almost* out of venti cups.” I said “okay, there are three people in front of me, are you going to have enough?” Her: “well I don’t know. I’ll make you two grandes. Please pull up.” Just cut me off. I’m sorry, HUH? She told me what I was going to order. Y’all weren’t out of venti cups, you were almost out. I pulled up to the window and asked if they still had large cups. She said “well I just didn’t know how many I would have left since there were people in front of you.” Uh, there were 3 people and you already knew their orders. Can she not count? Truly ridiculous. I didn’t catch her name but she was a bit tall with dark hair wearing a black shirt. It was not the blonde cashier-she was actually really nice. I’ll drive the extra few minutes to the Texas City location. Sad because the line was long, but it went fast. Could be a great place if the workers didn’t try to force customers to take only the orders that the workers want to make. Are y’all going to tell someone no if they order a sandwich too? What about if someone is lactose intolerant, are you going to tell them they are getting lactose milk anyway?
I’ve never had an issue here. Employees are super friendly (I know they’re supposed to be but you can tell they mean it here!). Very personable so be kind to them :) . Also my order is never wrong. When the Galveston Starbucks is out of anything TXCTY is my go to! Y’all don’t worry about the negative reviews too much! I haven’t placed a mobile order yet so I don’t know how that goes & there could be some growing maybe …but for everything else perfect experience & my favorite. I love TXCITY Starbucks !
Love this place, excellent customer service. Always quick to get in and out even when drive thru and inside is packed. I even messed up my own order and they remade it for me and gave me the bad one as well. So thankful to have such kind customer service in our area now! ❤️
I absolutely love this starbucks! They are amazing! Yes its a new location, yes they have newish baristas. But every damn time i go, i have the BEST experience. Seriously, they are amazing and doing a DAMN great job!!!!*keep up the great work guys! Yall are doing FANTASTIC****
