it was my first time i ever got a pumpkin spice latte and i didn't like it much, so ellie gave me another drink for free even though she didn't have to. she went out of her way to make sure i was satisfied and was very sweet. i really appreciated her helping me out, and will definitely come back
The barista was very helpful. I took my time figuring out what I want and she showed me options and even made substitutions for me. My almond milk latte came out really good. Thanks for the help.
The service is great, but the place needs some cleaning. Paper and sugar on the floor, sticky tables and seats. A shame that a great device is tarnished by lack of attention to the areas where people are supposed to eat.
