This is the absolute SLOWEST and most unprofessional Popeyes restaurant I've ever been to. I waited in drive-thru for my order for over 20 minutes, and then I was asked to pull to the cubby, up front. After waiting another 5 minutes, I decided to go inside. I got to the counter and asked to speak to the manager, who told me the reason for my over 25 minute wait was due to shift change. Over 25 minutes waiting for a shift change?! I DO NOT recommend this restaurant for anything, anytime, on any day!
It’s not fast food place. Staff was short handed, extremely, so turnaround time was extremely long. Food tasted good. I hope service will get better in this location.
Hahaha, wow, this place sucks. I saw no gloves, no hair nets, long hair that wasn't pulled back, some didn't even have hats on. Just looking at the kitchen I was disgusted, the old and burnt food in plain view. Customer service was obviously bad considering the food quality. Hated that the food was put together with bare hands... She started taking out trash after we left, which made me question whether she washed her hands at all.So it's an average fast food restaurant.
Food was good. Staff wasn't very friendly, other than the manager who asked how everything was. Thanked the staff for the meal and they acted like i wasn't even there.
Not even gonna waste my time explaining why this location received one star. If I could rate it lower in the negative I would.
Jan 2020 Waited in line for about 20 to 25 mins to get a pie for my wife. Get to the window and they are out of pies... All that time for a lemon aid.I did realize that i review this place before...But this time in the drive thru (5.2020) there was not a line on arrival but 3 employees sat outside on a break... When i got to the window they asked me to pull forward and park. The same was ask of all other cars. Slowly all parking spots filled up and then cars started block in all the parked cars in parking spots. About 10 cars where waiting for food because 3 employees all took a break at once. Horrible management! Just chaos and confusion.Out of recipe paper,(no recipes) order bags (they use plain white bags), sandwich bags( I got a fish sandwich bag for a chicken sandwich) , and they forgot our drinks.
Me and my wife went in about 5:30pm they were kinda busy. Staff were real friendly. Everything we ordered was correct and fresh. Good experience, on my visit, just a little wait time, for our food.
My order was correct and the employees here were just really super friendly. I highly recommend this Popeyes!
HORRIBLE service. Manager had an attitude right when we pulled up to the speaker. They didn’t put the biscuits in the bag. Then when she walked outside to give us our food and got another attitude when we asked for honey. The only nice thing was the lady at the window.
Popeyes used to have large, juicy pieces of chicken and great service. But just like everyone else after the pandemic, they have tiny pieces of chicken, awful service, and low quality flavor. They can’t even get your order straight as they will forget what you order between the speaker and pick-up window. Never go again.
