Slowest Popeyes around!!!! Merchant ID#334041506885, has the worst customer service ever. With an attitude to anyone who walks in. I'm glad this place doesn't have a drive thru, because people would run out of gas in the line waiting for their food or just to be asked, "Can I help you"? It takes me literally 2 minutes to get here and 30 minutes to get my food every single time.
We’re visiting from another state and so far this is the first place we’ve experienced such poor customer service. One of the staff members at the front was very unfriendly. I’m going to guess it was because we had a huge order. It sucks, I get it. But it’s your job and it’s really not that bad. We kind of let it go until she slammed our bags on the counter when she called our order number. I certainly hope someone has a talk to their employees about what is acceptable for decent customer service and what is not. We will not be coming back next time we visit. Hopefully the food is better than the in store experience was.
Good food and great service at the Texas City restaurant. Will visit again.
I usually have bad experiences with Popeyes but we moved to Texas City at the beginning of the year and every time I've gone there the people are nice the food is hot and fresh I've never had any issues even with delivery they deliver and the food is hot Chicken still crispy biscuits not burnt or hard biscuits are perfect definitely recommend this Popeyes by far the best Popeyes I've gone to around here
The food is great and the employees are so polite and friendly. So busy today. With great people it's worth it. Only bad thing is they forgot one of my sides. Darn lol
I frequent this Popeyes, the food is almost always good, I say almost because sometimes the service is so slow that by the time I get my food I'm to angry ? to enjoy it ?
The drive thru line was long so my husband saw at least five people eating and ordering inside. One of the patrons waved him around to the door closest to the drive thru side . When he walked in , he was rudely told by the front cashier that the inside was closed. Instead of posting a sign to inform customers her route was to demonstrate unnecessarily rude customer service. Next time ensure your practices are in order before being rude to a customer who has no idea that he can’t enter an establishment at 1:20 pm that has customers in it. Do better kindness matters
My an order asking for certain pieces of chicken and dark meat. Individual that either rang up meal didn't care or the Individual that box it didn't care.
It was delicious! We spent $50 between 3 people..we were kinda shocked at the price..but it was well worth our 3 meals and deserts! Definitely would go again.
I love my chicken today's one my favorite places to eat
