3rd Pizza hut I been to and my last.. This Pizza is nothing like it used to be I paid for extra toppings and wondered what the Pizza would have looked like if I hadn't. Even tipped for what I don't know everywhere you go everybody's got a tip jar. I got a tip for you "do your job satisfactory and you will generate more customers because people are tired of paying for subpar services..
I ordered my usual BBQ sauce pizza cuz I prefer it over standard tomato sauce. I also ordered a 2nd pizza and some sweet chili boneless wings. The food was good and eye appealing, no complaints. My wings were more spicy than sweet but I liked them. I gave ⭐️⭐️⭐️ because this location doesn't appear to offer stuffed crust, or seasoning on the crust. There wasn't an option to pick either. Also, their coupons aren't as good as every other location I've eaten at. The store doesn't advertise with signs or at all, so I wouldn't expect the food choices to be that great. I won't order from this store anymore.?
An employee walks out calling curbside customers MF's he then turned and looked at me and said how many pizzas you got, I said you talk about all of your customers that way . And he pushed it back on me, well after a few choice words I clicked my cigarette away and got accused of sending it towards him.
First I ordered on line and there was a mix up with the phone number so yall canceled my order. Then when I called to check on it yall wanted to tell me it would be another hour and a half to deliver its already 1100 pm at this time. So I say it's cool ill just pick it up instead. Then when I get there yall were ok but looked lost. Then when I get home and get ready to eat I see that you didn't cut the cheese sticks the pizza was over cooked and had no sauce on it. The pizza had only a few pepperonis on it and no sliced red chili peppers like it's supposed to. Let's work on doing better next time if I chose to order ever again.
Zay was my delivery driver here at the texas city store. He was very prompt and sweet and my food was still hot when it got here
the pizza and sauce we're trash and it took them 3 hours to deliver!!!! my stomach was in so much pain after That horrible sauce??♀??♀??♀ never ever again???
I ordered a pizza and it t took one hour and fifty five minutes to get to me. I live literally 6 minutes from this place. The pizza was not even hot any more, it was barely warm . The s is very bad , I use to be a manager at 3 different pizza places so I know how long it takes to get a pizza ready.
the crust was barely cooked and I had an upset stomach less than two hours after eating. threw the rest of my 25.00 pizza out this morning. The delivery person was the only thing I can give a good rating for. I will not be ordering from PH again.
Refund my money! The pizza I received was completely raw, not cooked at all. Had to throw the whole thing away and I have pictures of it.
I felt that my order was a bit pricey but it was made correctly, delivered in a timely manner and was tasty as well.
