The last 2 times I've ordered its been wrong. The first time was in my favor but I received a 14" stuffed crust pizza when I ordered a 10" regular one but this time I didn't get any of my sauces or any of my 2 liters. something needs to change. New management, new workers, something....not only are you not giving the customers all that they ordered but someone there is costing the store money if they're giving out pizzas bigger than what was ordered.
Horrible service and customer service last 2 times I went. Order online and both times I went they didn't even start my pizza until I got there. I guess being in a hurry one of the pizza was not done cooking very doughy.
I had an awful experience with this location. My order was delivered almost an hour after estimated time. Which I can understand- sometimes timing is off. When i opened the box it looked like half my pizza had no cheese. 2 slices were burnt, and the half pineapple was on every slice. I tried calling the manager and they put me on hold for over 8 minutes before I hung up. Not a good night for this papa johns. I am very disappointed!
Waited 48 minutes for this disaster. Pies weren't cut or fresh. Short staffed is likely the reasoning for this. Pay these ppl more money so the money I spend is worth it. You still have a loyal customer, but an upset hungry one.
So I’m not one for giving any bad reviews usually I just let it go. But I placed an order online and my wife was going to pick it up on the way home from work. I got the update on my phone around 6:46pm that the pizza was in the oven. My wife arrive at the facility at 6:50. At 6:53pm I got a sms text that said the pizza was ready for pick up. I told my wife and they said they were still making it she waited longer and still nothing after 20 minutes she went up to the counter and told them that I told her it was ready @6:53 and they asked for an order number then they found out it was never placed in the oven it had just been sitting there. The staff was really rude as my wife stated and no one was really tryingTo be efficient. My wife also told me Cameron was the only one out of all 5 or 6 people there actually trying to do something and get the orders out quick so kudos to him. She also mentioned there was a door dasher waiting for the order he needed picked up. Something needs to be fixed here because they aren’t being efficient even on a slow day. Imagine how it’s going on busy weekends. Anyways thank you for y’all’s time just needed to let y’all know what’s going on there.
I ordered cheese sticks, they were complete dough. I called to tell them, someone answered right away and sent another out. This one is much much better.
One of the most unclean and unsanitary places I've been, when taking orders nobody knew how to ring up order on computer. Boy with earring in his ears and purple shirt on was eating Takis and Dropping it on counter then getting Dough without washing hands spreading dough out. All the Drivers kept coming up to register saying they didn't know how to ring no one up.And the There was young man with sunglasses in a Darken place with a Ball cape that gave me my change and said eww she has an attitude. I have attitude cause it took about 30 mins to make an order finally manager came and assisted me But overall the place looked like it needed Sanitation owith people and place
I ate here.. OMG THE DIARRHEA THIS PLACE GAVE ME... IS HORRENDOUS.. PLEASE SANITIZE AND CLEAN THE COOKING AREA. GLOVES ON ALL TIME. IM PRETTY SURE THIS PLACE GAVE ME FOOD POISONING..
I placed an online order tonight on November 15 to pick up at store #1935. The order was paid for online but when I went in to pick it up an older white woman told me I had to pay for it. She said the payment wasn’t received and I would have to talk to my bank. She kept insisting I needed to pay for this order even when I showed her the order I placed online with my verification and where it showed I payed for it. She then printed out a receipt that shows card information and a name. I didn’t notice at first but when I looked over the receipt it was for a different person. The staff should be more attentive and helpful when trying to help someone with their order
Absolute worst experience by far. Ordered 1 pizza for delivery to my husband for lunch 45 minutes before his lunch break. His 30 minute lunch time came and went and the pizza was still not delivered. In total, 1 hour and 15 minutes went by and the pizza was never delivered. When I called to check in the first time, the lady I spoke with was apologetic but the excuse that the pizza had fallen from the oven didn’t exactly make sense since she said if the pizza arrives cold we can remake it. If it had already been remade why would it arrive cold? Also I had received an alert that the pizza was on the way about 25 minutes after I ordered. Another 50 minutes went by and it still wasn’t delivered? My husband works out in the sun and the one time I need to order his lunch and he didn’t get to eat all day because his food never arrived. When I called for my money back a different lady answered and was so rude and didn’t even bother to apologize.
