There are flys flying around everywhere and there were flys inside the box with all of the deserts. I ordered a apple fritter and asked for it to be fresh or at least warmed up, but the lady acted like she went and warmed it up and gave it back cold as ice. This same lady lied to my friend about the ice cream machine being broken when she had made another customer a whole ice cream cone.
I purchased a hamburger kids meal for my son.Upon arriving home , we realized the hamburger was missing from kids meal. I attempted to call the restaurant several times with no success with anyone answering the phone.it was very inconvenient.Because I live in the next city over.
When you decide to place an order online for curbside and you get to the store and the app says the place of business is closed so the app isn't working on their end and you have to go inside, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead, I have a big issue. Once inside they were lost, I had to wait longer than 10 minutes for a damn happy meal. The employees were all over the place not knowing who's orders were for pick up or delivery. This makes no sense at all.
I’ve tried to order delivery through DoorDash here multiple times, but the employees tell the driver that they never received my order. DoorDash had contacted them and it showed on their side that they confirmed my order. They have also been rude those multiple times to the driver after ignoring them for 5-10 minutes. I do food delivery and I know how much of a waste of time, money, and gas this is. They’re also rude to DoorDash support. Lucia is the manager.
They gave me hot sauce instead of gyro sauce! It was so dry, that not even my sprite couldn’t quench my thirst. Like they don’t even look the same!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!I was very disappointed this evening! I told the lady on the intercom that I had placed a mobile order. She then screams in the microphone saying “UGHHHHHH” as I try to tell her that I needed to add a sweet tea, she threw an attitude. Then, after I pull forward to the next window, she’s telling the customer behind us, basically saying rude things and is yelling at us.I looked at the receipt and she didn’t even add the sweet tea!This is completely unacceptable!
Faster than the McDonald's on Palmer highway hopefully it stays that way unlike Palmer highway where it's constantly busy with a drive-through line that wraps around the building into the next parking lot
I ordered a large fry and this is what I received in the drive thru.
This is the second time I came to this location and I walked out without nothing. They had me waiting for minutes in line with other two customers behind me without getting my attention nor a cashier in the front. It’s like they were ignoring me on purpose just like last time when I came inside around 9pm. I was a customer server myself and I know this ain’t right. I would have got those customers attention. Please get them workers and their systems right. I’m upset for walking out twice
I was ignore until i was walking out the door from tired of waiting to be served. And personel was disrespectful and arrogent after being called out about there lack of job performance. Manager was un profesional and they still put lettice on the sándwich after being informed repeatedly no lettice but the food was hot and presented in a timely manner after being ordered
