I give this place 5 stars because of the star they have working there. I didn't catch her name, but she has short wavy hair died blonde on the tips. When she found out from another server that I didn't order a beverage because they didn't have bottled water, she actually brought me one of her personal waters that she takes to work with her. By the kindness she displayed, I knew she had the Love of Jesus Christ in her heart! Even if I never had her again as my Server, I'd go just on a maybe that she could be there. Their food was great also! Order the shredded chicken tacos when you go!
I give Luna's a 4.5 actually. This place was over the top with it's food portions. I was pleasantly surprised at how much food I got with just a nachos and enchiladas order (or maybe I was just hungry). The food tasted great, hot, and fresh. I will definitely be back again! This was my first visit here so very good first impression!
4 adults,2 children.The waiter messed up our order, he spilled some of the soup on the table and didn't offer to get a new one. They finally brought out the rest of our mean when we were about through with our meal. We ran out of drinks several times. The uniforms are confusing most wear green button up shirts other were in plan clothes(looks like regular customers).Tip for if you go here. Have the waiter repeat your order back to you. Order double drinks so you always have a drink when you want one.
So I would have to say this location is by far my favorite. But 2 yrs ago I came with my mother who said she would pay for us but she lied and didn't pay so Gina one of the workers took it upon herself to come at me side ways (she's known me since I was little) for said actions and told me I was a liar because she doesn't believe my mother would do that. I have text proof photo proof and we paid the amount that wasn't paid plus extra. Now we are out of whom we considered to be a good friend known him for 4+ yes at that point now going on 6 years and the last two he doesn't hardly talk to us. Gina is rude and always has been rude to me because of the gossip she gets from my mother. She is always been sweet to me up until then. I can honestly say I had no idea. And we had been there many many times after the fact and we always tipped very well but we never chose Gina because of her rude attitude towards me because of my mother. Not trying to dis her but she most definitely should look at the entire picture before pointing fingers. Now we go there and get sat at the back and 3-4 different people tending the table and we don't even know who to tip. The amount of disrespect I feel from this is horrid. I pay my due even paid extra and tried to appologize from the bottom of my heart just to be shunned and treated like an outcast because of Gina and her mouth and redness. I've been in and out of court for the way my mother does me Gina only knows my mother's side of it and for her to bring outside life into a work place is just sad. I go there to eat and have a good time with my preferred server and Gina ruined all of that for me over a misunderstanding that I most definitely did my part on trying to right.
We just moved to the area & were looking for a good Mexican food restaurant. We found Luna's & ordered pickup from their Specials menu. We had the #1 Family Pack with chicken fajitas, cheese enchiladas, rice, beans, tortillas, pico, & chips with red & green salsa. It was a lot of food for under $30.00 that was very delicious. We will continue to order from here from now on. I highly recommend them.
I guess it was eatable nothing great. Prices were higher than last time I was there. Guess they painted their sighn so they had to go up.
Luna's is one those local spots that is kinda a hidden gem in the rough. Pretty good Mexican food at a fair price. They have a bar and the margaritas are well made. All of the staff is super helpful . 4 different people asked to fill out drinks. Just an FYI they have a smoking section by the bar so the whole restaurant has a slight smokiness.
When I go to Texas to visit family we often go to Luna’s. I like to get the fried avocado! It’s stuffed with cheese, rice, and chicken fajita meat. It’s usually very good, (although this past September it was very dry) Good queso
