If I could give zero stars I definitely would. My husband and I were at the KFC in Texas city TX. We were waiting for about 3 minutes before anyone came to the speaker and when the lady spoke she had an attitude. The whole time my husband was placing our order not only was the lady rushing him but she was being rude. So, I asked for the manager and she was worse. She was rubbing her chest and said well I don't know what you want me to do. I will never spend my money with KFC ever again!
I went inside to place my order, because they usually screw it up at the drive through.I made a simple order for a number 1- 2 peice dark, with mashed potatoes with extra gravy and the chicken should have been a leg and thigh, and I ordered a # 3 with 2 wings and a breast, for me. But when I got home I had a 3 peice with 2 thighs and a breast, no extra gravy but was charged for it. My ticket said I ordered a fillip, which comes with a cookie, and that was not in my box either.They also didn’t put any plastic ware or napkins in my order either.I called the phone number on the ticket about 6 times before I got anyone to answer. I was told that I had to bring the order back without anything missing in order for them to make it right, I had already started eating my order when my wife told me her order was wrong.So, to sum it all up, KFC will never get another penny of my money, ever again.They need to retrain their staff or hire people that can follow simple requests and do their job right
Was a little disappointed we couldn't go inside to eat. Food was great!

Drive thru lady sounded like she hated her job. Claims the fries fryer isn't working but have our partial order WITH fries.....I don't complain when people make my food.

We walked up and they were only open through the drive thru but the guy still let us order and get our food. Excellent customer service and fantastic staff.
I'm just not a KFC at all now I use to eat there they chicken seasoned but nah I'm good and fast food is very unhealthy but hey it's you're life you're health
Had my order messed up and the lady at the drive thru was not very friendly when I mentioned my order was wrong. I was very fired up when dealing with her but thankfully Rocky and NaeNae stepped in friendly, professional and understand. They actually went above and beyond to make it right with me.
