Idk what exactly is going on with this place but the management it’s under is HORRIBLE. The drive thru is open and I don’t know how many times on my way to work I’ve pulled up and no one answers and I pull up to the window and the worker is hiding. If you don’t want to work then DON’T. That’s ridiculous and yes they are rude. I can’t call for anything bc no one answers. Please DO NOT try and waste your time even stopping by.
Got a sandwich for lunch. Ordered our food last night put the chicken sandwich in the fridge. pulled it from the fridge today to find mold on the bottom bun. Called the store and was only offered a free sandwich which I politely declined only to be hung up on. Be warned ⚠️
Only thing I ordered was a large french fry. Got old fries that weren't very warm. Asked them if they had hot fries available, but this request made her angry. I then had to pull around but they gave me another large fries within a minute or two that were no warmer than the first cold fries. So I just left with 2 large orders of old fries, I didn't want them to get angry. 2 stars.
Unclean drive thru , Service with attitude, Bland food, everything thrown in paper bag, cool fries, watered down drinks, push you through drive thru and ask you to wait in front even though there's nobody behind you, taking absurd time to get your burned tacos. All this is acceptable by management, that's why it's like this. What a shame.
No mini tacos, my 3 boys' favorite, at the time we stopped by before 9am so we decided to just leave for Dallas. It caused me a rough ride until Bucees-Madisonville because my little one has nothing to munch. Imagine the screaming while you're driving along I-45N.
There is something seriously wrong at this jack in the box. The past 4 times i have been to this location i have gotten the 2 tacos, and every single time without a fail an hour after eating them my stomach starts to hurt and i throw up the tacos. now the first 2 times this happened i didnt blame jack in the box for it but this is now the 4th time in a row that i have gotten sick off of this locations food. id suggest checking yall's food dates or something because those tacos are making people sick.
Their egg rolls are the best I've ever gotten. I pick up Chinese from the restaurant nextdoor I hit jack-in-the-box drive-thru pick up my 3 egg rolls and head home
Great place was super busy but they still got your order and got you out. tacos weren't burnt and they were krispy plus got my order correct
Slow service. Made people wait in line as if to keep some statistics for faster order turnover. Small confusing area to stand in line/wait for order. Food was hot and good.
Usually the fastest place in town. When ya got the munchies it's the only place to go!!!
