had to wait 15-20 mins for someone to take my order even though I made eye contact with the main manager and other employee. then to be told they didn't have any change to break my $50 bill.

The food was tasty and warm and the drive-thru wait wasn't bad at all.I never think to go here and hadn't been in over a year. I'm hooked now. The Tiny Tacos are So Good and I think it is a fair price ($3.50 for 15). It's right down the road from my work so I will definitely be stopping in frequently on my lunch breaks for a "treat".I've heard very good things about their Sweet Cream Ice Coffees so I gave it a try. It was just okay. I got the Vanilla one. Nothing I would necessarily get again, but I wasn't disappointed either.The dining room was closed due to staffing shortages and for social distancing. There was a sign on the door but it was on the bottom half of the door so I didn't even notice it until I had walked up to the door and wondered why it was locked. The sign blended in as advertisement so I was a little disappointed that they didn't make it more clear that the dining room was closed.But overall I was very satisfied. I went once (my first time in over a year to any Jack in the Box location) and have since gone back in less than a week. I wish they would have put out coupons in flyers or something to have gotten back in there sooner because I feel like I've been missing out.
Not very fast at the window. Lady at the window needs to remember not to hold up customers. She talked alot. By the time I got our food it was cold.
There are times they are quick and there are time the just take to long thru the drive thru.
So, my granddaughter and I walked here from our motel for lunch only to find out the lobby was closed to dining! Drive-thru ONLY!! We walked back to the motel, got in the car and drove to Whattaburger!! Figure this out MANAGEMENT!!

A totally great great order completed! Hot, fresh and fast. I ordered fries w/o salt, pulled over 2wait 4them 2bring my order and I was pleased that it was well balanced fast food that actually came fast! Check them out and order more than your usual. The new item are tasty.
Terrible don’t go here. Always mess up someone’s order. I ordered a double stack bacon breakfast and there was one single slice of bacon on it. Smh. Actually ordered two! One bacon on each! I didn’t pay 5$ for that. If y’all out of bacon just say that don’t try to get over on your customers.
