We ordered a 14" Brooklyn Style pizza tonight and went to pick it up for carryout and we received a medium pizza in a large pizza box. I called the store and expressed my concern to the new General Manager, Mark. Not only did he offer to make our pizza over himself but he also included buffalo wings for the inconvenience of having to drive back up there. Glad this Domino's location gained such a valuable GM. Thanks again, Mark! I will definitely be ordering from this location every time I come back to La Marque. Hats off to you, sir!
I place a order at the dominoes on 3028 Palmer Hwy, I waited a hour to receive my order before I went to the store myself! When I arrived they told me they didn’t have my order! So I drove to the next location which was the Dominoes on 8530 FM-1765, MARK also told me he did not have my order and showed me that I placed the order at the store located on Palmer. I told him I was heading back to the other location And he quickly offered to make my order so I wouldn’t have to travel back to the other side of town. Thank you Mark for going out your way to fix another stores mess up!! Your greatly appreciated!
There was a glitch online and that caused one of my large pizzas to be made with cheese and I don't eat cheese. I called the location to communicate the issue and Mark handled it very well. He was very kind and patient and he listened to my concern. We were able to communicate and work it out and I'm very well pleased. He was very kind and professional. Thank you Mark for your assistance today. I order often and I'm glad to know that my concerns are heard. It wasn't their fault also. It was an online glitch and he didn't accuse me of just trying to get a free pizza or something. He literally heard me out and for that, I'm so thankful. He thanked me for me being a loyal customer.
I think this dominoes is a win or lose place to order from. Our first experience in December 2021, we waited 2 hours for delivery before my husband went down there. He waited till I got home so I can stay with the kids. They wouldn't answer the phone, when they finally did they kept saying, it'll be another hour, we have 1 delivery driver. When the time limit said 30 minutes. They just kept giving an excuse. He went down there to get our pizza. Another one is they never answer the phone. I needed to add to my order and nothing. I had to make a complete different order. Now, glad they were smart enough to see they both needed to be delivered to me. But there thing I can't stand is the driveway to dominoes. The pot holes is gonna mess someone's car up if they are not careful, not a safe place to drive to that's for sure. They need to train more better and fix their establishment.

Mostly, this location has great pizza. Occasionally they miss the mark. Mostly, this location has great people greeting you when you walk in handing over great pizza. I recommend ordering online and asking for it well done.
New store manager showed his love and appreciation for his community today by giving a sweet deal to a teacher and her students.
It seems to me that Domino's has a problem that they do not deliver on a certain side of Hitchcock and they are only 10 minutes away why is that they definitely do not deserve any stars they may just need to close that location down apparently the owners do not care neither about the customers are near them cuz no one responds back to the reviews that is sad that everyone I read of giving them 1 star when they do not deserve any I vote they shut it down they definitely do need to be reported
Second time my order was wrong, ordered through the app. Asked for no red peppers and add jalapenos. pizza was loaded with peppers and NO jalapenos (which I paid extra for). Been on hold for 30+ mins. SMFH Last time, no one ever answered the phone so I went to corporate and was never responded to. $50 for a couple pizzas and they can't even bother to make it right. ?
Never got my pizza. Manager wouldn’t come to phone. Supposedly I got a refund but it has yet to arrive like my pizza last night. Waiting on a response from corporate. This is an absolute joke.
