I ordered food and it said an hour it's not been updated and it's been two hours I spent over an hour on hold and they never answered so I can't even cancel. like if they're not open that's fine but say you aren't open don't leave people on hold
Service is EXTREMELY SLOW! I ordered a large pepperoni pizza at 5:39 and it wasn't even "out of the oven" until 6:45! Not to help it got here more than 30 minutes later. THE PIZZA WAS COLD. We got no refund, called the store and for ONCE they picked up and said "sorry our policies have changed" when we asked for a new pizza to be made to compensate for our COLD one. DISGUSTING. I can see why they never get any new employees because it seems the ones in the store are too rude and careless to care about their customers over themselves. Get it together Dominos. Get it together.
Ordered online at 715pm ordered showed complete at 818pm. Called the store got hung up on so called again stayed on hold until I drove up to the store. Employee stated yeah that probably is you on hold we are short staffed and then my order was still sitting in the store. Pizza was cold they didn’t even offer to refund anything just reordered the pizzas and I had to pay without the delivery fee.
RUDE employees! Disgusting appearance she was covered in visible hickies, severely over done makeup EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! From someone visiting the area I can promise you WE WONT RETURN to this place again!
domino's pizza is delish! we love dominoes! last time i had problems ordering on line & ended up w/the wrong order when we got home w/it, but i called & they made the correct order for me, no problem!! dominoes rocks!!

orders are ALWAYS wrong. Calls because they shorted me a pizza and a sandwich. phone rang off the hook and was finally answered by someone obviously loaded who was laughing and saying they couldn't hear me repeatedly and then hung up laughing. Called back and it rang for 27 minutes with no answer. Left message today for manager to call me and no call. Needs to be shut down and restarted after finding new management. Dessert burned . Pizza made wrong.
Ordered online. First order was made incorrectly. Waited for it to be remade and it too was made incorrectly but didn't realize that until I got home. I Ordered double sausage and beef. I got pepperoni, beef,and sausage the first time. The pizza that I took home was double beef,and sausage and on the wrong crust! SMDH
This location is the bomb!!Recently moved to the area and my last two local Domino's locations (one in Galveston and one in a different state) always got our order wrong. This location gets it right Every Time and if there is even the slightest delay or issue they are great to make it right!They accidentally put in the app that our order was ready when it wasn't, it was only an extra 5 or so minutes, but they gave us a free pop. When our app wigged out and accidentally ordered twice, they refunded us and even gave us both orders!The staff at this location deserve a metal! Love the customer service and the attention to detail that the staff give at this location!!
The App is very user friendly and they are always on time. Food arrives hot and fresh. Way better that the local Pizza Hut app that keeps shutting down mid order and less expensive.
