I'm not sure if I'm just used to a certain level of customer service from other chick FIL A's or if I just need to bring down my expectations. I ordered a Cobb salad with no cheese. After I received the order and noticed there was cheese, I was then informed that this specific one doesn't take cheese off the order. Other than that, the associate refunded the salad. The customer service is still better than the one in Webster, but I'll just have to figure something out
I went to this chic fil a 6/23 to get a cobb salad i ask for my salad with out cheese as I have many times before at chic fil a, due to a dairy sensitivity. I was told by staff that they are "the only" chic fil a that pre makes the salads so no cheese is not an option. I was confused. But proceeded to order a side salad with chicken tenders instead. I was told the side salads are all pre-made and have cheese. The young girl was very nice she even confirmed with management that all the salads had cheese and then offered me a grilled chicken salad with berries as the only non dairy salad option. I thanked her and declined. I was disappointed. I've never had this happen before.
They not only have amazing food. But also an amazing staff. We were stranded in their parking lot with a dead battery and they constantly checked on us while we waited for a locksmith to come help. David who I believe is a manager was super sweet always asking us how we were doing and if we needed anything. They gave us free waters because we all know how hot Texas is, even late at night. Definitely recommend this chick-fil-a!
The Texas City Chikfila wants to charge you more after you already paid for it on the app. Because they say the app was incorrect. Its your app!! Fix the app, it's that easy! Until then, take the hit & what the app says it is and don't go starting arguments with loyal customers. Especially when its less than a dollar! There is a reason why people use the app. They want to order, pay, get their food, and leave. No one wants to stay and argue over penny's and be late for work because your app can't get it right. Then on top of it all, they messed up my order after arguing over their app and making me late.
By far the worst Chick-fil-A. Always forgetting key ingredients or even silverware for salads, charging incorrectly for deluxes and nearly always get my sauces wrong. Almost time to drop coming here if it keeps up like this

This was my first time going to Chick-fil-A at this location,& I normally don't do reviews but I wanted to say thank you to all the Employees there that made my day Brighter. The service was the best I have had @a fast food place in a long time & everyone was so polite & had our order out & ready in just a few min. & the food was hot ,fresh & really good.So I will be driving to that location again soon.
I went thru the drive thru to order a market salad but with no chicken but the young girl taking my order stated they come pre-packaged with chicken so I could not get one without chicken. When I asked what kind of chicken she said it came with only shredded cold chicken. On the website you can order salad without chicken and if you want chicken there several choices.Hey management, I think you need to make sure those employees are properly trained. I ended up going to another place to eat with no issues.
Love it my all time favorite restaurant, food is so delicious and the staff is amazing
