The rudest staff here. It never changes. I never use coupons and the one time I decide to, they make it very apparent to be rude about it. I gave them a second try and still rude as Heck?! How was I suppose to know to tell them before hand? The coupon doesn't state that?!Why have they never change here? Why work in customer service if you're going to be miserable cows?! No napkins, wrong order. This place needs to close and go away.
I ordered a Texas double Whopper medium fry and medium Coke and it was $15..... That's like almost $5 more than what you get at Whataburger. I think their prices need to be a little bit more in line since there's a two competitor burger places within a mile of there. This place is way too expensive for a fast food place. Here's an example I went to a Mexican food place sit down restaurant fajitas for $12.50 if I had the time I would have eaten there
Not much of a fan of BK but its always enjoyable when i do go. Never a bad visit when i go.
Drive thru ... The lady needs to learn customer service... Stop going due to her rudeness the 3 times I have gone. 1st time thought o well she probably is just running behind 2nd well maybe she having a bad day now 3 rd o hell no she just isn't educated
old lady manager with black hair dye is very rude, she projects a very negative approach, and transitions to me and makes my day sour. You can experience it yourself, go in the morning and get breakfast you will see what I'm talking about.
The food was standard Burger King fare. The service was outstanding and friendly.
Was over charged today, didn't have my receipt to prove it. Took forever to get my order and they had to check to make sure what I ordered, which was wrong. It was on the morning, didn't realize how much they charged until later.
No condiments for French fries. No napkins. Order wrong. So thanks for that. Consider people are traveling and may not have access to condiments or napkins on hand. A little courtesy can go a long way for traveling families. Not everyone lives around the corner.
It was great I've been wanting to go again it's been so long and they had $0.37 Whoppers so yeah it was great now they're sending me coupons all the time I love it I'm a senior so I can't go anywhere without a coupon but I tip.
Lost my voice ...went to the drive thru and the cashier actually ask if I was ok. Been dealing lost a business today 10/20/21 and no one ask me how I was feeling. My food was fresh and really good.
