Have been going there since they opened. The food is generally good. Pricing is fair.The only issue I have with BASIS is the wait time after ordering. It is usually longer than the competition. Last night makes me wonder if I will go back. Ordered a BLT, 38 minutes later I finally drove away. Part of the delay was because the lady in front of me got her order and then placed an additional order, causing me and the four customers behind me to have to wait even longer. After all that, when I finally got to the window, she took my money and said it wasn’t ready (already25 minutes). 13 minutes later I finally got my order. Terrible!!!Suggest they open up both lanes at peak times and not take additional orders at the check-in check-out window.
I have been here a few times, the burgers are good if you don't get lettuce. The lettuce is always dripping wet which makes the untoasted bun soggy. The fries are always cold and way too salty. This time I got the chicken breast sandwich. It was NOT real chicken. It was that frozen chicken patty stuff you get in a bag at Walmart pre-cooked. It was soggy, no flavor and just inedible. If you aren't using real fresh chicken breast take it off the menu. That would have made me sick. Avoid the chicken at all costs. It's not real chicken breasts grilled fresh. Just 45 minutes after eating some of the food
Delicious! Burgers and fries were hot, fresh and perfect! Fast, friendly service as well. It was my first visit but will not be my last! Keep up the great work!!

Bases used to be THE place to get burgers. A hidden gem. It seems that every time I've gone lately it's gotten progressively worse. I counted 5 people there tonight in that little building, a car leaving the drive-thru and 1 at the window in front of us (not busy) . It took ALL of 10 minutes to take our order and probably only because I cleared my throat pretty loud so they knew we were there. The only one that seemed to maybe care was the guy at the window. I dont see our beloved Bases lasting much longer and especially not with the staff it has.

I love some Bases but today they not acting right and won't answer the phone. Went there today and ordered a double play and my burger wasn't made the way I ordered it. I took it back and they gave me a homerun and won't answer the phone?
