Good banana shakes and tasty burgers
Being from Texas I know my Whataburger menu and had spent a 30 mile drive anticipating a jalapeno cheddar biscuit with bacon and egg only to discover it's been cut from the menu. I blame those Chicago people that bought Whataburger. Being it back. Other than it was not what I had specifically driven 30 miles for, everything else was great.
They stopped serving the jalapeños cheddar biscuits... sad sad days shall follow. You will be missed... at least everything else is still amazing. It seams like the folks on the grill do a good job consistently. Give them a raise! [I say this in hopes the quality is taken seriously because it's everything.] I was a huge fan 9f the jcb's... it was the star of breakfast all its own... alas. 4 stars still remain. Hope everyone gets good service. This place can get busy... timing is essential so... don't be mad if you show up in rush hour... which is pretty predictable even though there's 24 hours to consider ?. Bacon cheese burger and chocolate shake... its the stuff that dreams are made 9f..
The first WhatABurger I got to go to as I am from NY and we don’t have these. Going in I was excited but the employee taking my order didn’t seem to know what was on the burgers as I was asking. She would turn around and look at the menu or say “I don’t know.” Everyone, from employees to customers, seemed like they didn’t want to be there. 1/5.
I'd hadn't been to a Whatabuger in a long time this was a pleasant surprise when I bit into my sausage breakfast on a bun an amazing burst of flavor from that sausage Whataburger needs to package and sell those sausage man there so good especially with those red pepper flakes inside.\\nAlso I'm just curious can anyone explain why places like Whataburger, Beaumont, Dairy Queen etc.. in country/rural areas be tasting so Dang Good!\\nI live in the suburbs/city and it just doesn't compare in taste or presentation with the country. I don't even buy stuff like this while I'm home only when I'm on the road
I’m not typically one to post negative reviews, but this is one of the most unprofessional places I have visited. I am not from the area, and we don’t have Whattaburger where I am from, so it’s always necessary for me to stop into one when I get the chance. The staff was VERY rude. They acted like there were no customers in there and that they did not want to be at work. Sitting around, talking and yelling, while also using foul language. While me and my fiancé were ordering, our order was incorrect. I guess they were too distracted talking about their personal drama to put our correct order in. We take our receipt up to them, they shrug and make us pay extra. Our food was not as good as any other Whattaburger, tasted like McDonald’s to us. The restaurant was a mess behind their counter and out in the dining area. While we sit down, there’s other customers complaining about where management is, because there’s multiple waiting to order while everyone is chatting in the office and sitting down. Not to mention, the bathrooms are HORRIBLE. If you decide to stop in at this location, I would advise to stay far from it, unless you would like to deal with rude behavior, cold and incorrect food orders, and unprofessionalism.
They are 2nd highest grossing franchise owned Whataburger in the nation.\\nI watched as they went through their checklist transitioning from breakfast to lunch. They checked the temperature of the cooked food as it emerged from the fryers, always sanitizing prep areas and communicating with their coworkers. The GM was their reviewing employee training and accountability. Always cooked to order!
Started to give it just 4 stars because they was a little slow that night but on second it did seem as if it was a newer establishment and maybe they was training. But all on all food came out hot and thus place was super clean so we'll stay at 5 for now and I'll be back we'll see what it's like then.
Considering they were short staff and super busy, it was good. Only a few things. My onion rings were over done and they forgot my fork, no napkins.
Great service! It was pretty busy and still was taken care of with a smile. The food was fresh, hot and tasty!
