Literally one of the best Whataburgers I've been to!Been going here for as long as I remember but never got around to adding a review. I'm doing so now because of the outstanding service and food today! I didn't get the names of whoever was working drive-thru but they were so kind! And the food was amazing as always!This Whataburger is easily one of the best and my go to place for a burger!
I have neve been so impressed with a restaurant. Great service, fresh food, and good prices. We will be back to see Ms. Ruth! She is quick service and great with kids too!
Great experience. Food was hot and fresh and accurate. Store manager came out and talked to us and was incredibly nice and sweet. Overall an amazing experience. Will be back soon!!
Had a grilled chicken salad and it was great I didn't even miss having my burger. I didn't get the salad dressing I asked for but what I ended up getting was good also.
They completely messed up the order. Only 1 out of the 3 sandwiches were what we ordered. We were on the road before we realized. Fries were cold, sandwiches were barely warm.
I want to give this 3 ⭐ or even less because the wait times are horrendous (sometimes sitting for 20 minutes) no matter which one you visit but the food saves them. Grew up in Texas and Whataburger will always be my favorite place to get a damn good burger!Avoid the fries, still dry and bland all these years later, but you better get a large order of onion rings!
What A Sight When I Went, It Has Been Remodeled and Looks Absolutely Amazing. The Customer Service Was So Friendly And Courteous, There's 2 Windows Now, Our Hamburgers We're Delicious and Exactly as Ordered, There French Fries We're Fresh and Oh So Good. Personnel Was So Friendly, Smiling, And Both Personnel Said Thank You. Very Nice Upgrade. And A Delicious Super.
Whataburger used to be my favorite burget place. I ate there today and ordered the number 8, small with double meat. This is me personally, it seems that something in quality has changed. The burger does not have the same flavor. However the food was hot, and prepared perfectly. Whataburger streaming hot fries just can't be best. I love them. I do like the remodel. It has a much better appeal than the old look. I would have given four except for employee attitudes. The very worst. For credit, the lady at the register was awesome. She appeared to enjoy her noob very much, and was exuberant about service. A five. From that point on it was all down hill. The lady who brought out my food placed the tray in front of me, mumbled something and walked off. No napkin, no ketchup for my fries. I observed a young man giving condiments to a person nest me. When he walked past me, I called "sir" twice before he stopped. I I asked for a napkin, then thanked him. His response was indifferent. To be fair, I think I still expect service from a bygone era, which we will see only occasionally.
The store manager, Bert was amazing today. He handled our issue with the Whataburger app with patience and class. He was trying to eat while handling a plumbing issue, trying to re open the lobby, and taking customer orders, among other managerial duties. The store was super clean, the food was prepared perfectly to order and all the servers were very accommodating and friendly. Hats off to this store! I wish I could give it more stars!
Whataburger is a good place to go and enjoy some hot, delicious food. I enjoyed the fish sandwich, onion rings and strawberry milk shake when I went on Thursday, December 23, 2021.
