My visit was ok. I ordered chili to eat on my 30 minute drive home and no spoon. It took 15 minutes to get through the drive thru line so I was not about to get back in it. I could have went inside but that defeats the whole drive thru options. The chili was not as good as usual. Kinda bland.
As always we were greeted as soon as we entered. The order taker was friendly and helpful. Our food was ready quickly and was as we ordered it. I especially like the drink dispensing machine and being able to get exactly what I want.
Wendys corporate NEEDS to FIX the server that is down and not functioning!! If affects customers adversely, when they send an order via the Wendys app, and...........it also affects the manager in regards to conducting business. Should a manager have to rely on using their personal smart phone to conduct Wendy's business on it?????? Really???? I woujld think not.On a different note......the beverage dispensing machine is cool and all........but for heaven's sakes to the franchise owner..............splurge and request a different set up, re customers being able to make their own sodas!!! Only one machine, and at one point, the line leading up to it.......was 7 people deep. I don't get why Coca Cola and Wendy's would do their customers in that way. OUr time is just as valuable as the CEOs time, ikr???!! With waiting, when a person finally gets their turned, as their drink pours, they have to pause, in order for the fizz to settle/calm down. Meanwhile folks are squirming in line, and growing weary of waiting. #WendysCorporateEpicFail #CocaColaEpicFail

Lady at the first window was absolutely amazing. The lady at the second window though....I guess she didn't want to be at work. Fries were nice and hot. Burger wasn't that good. $20 for 2 burgers, 1 fry and 2 drinks. That's a little steep! Husband was shocked.
These are the most pleasant group of servers, ever! They really go out of their way to be kind. My food is always hot when delivered, and they don't miss a thing.
Not usually a Wendy's type of girl with the last time I visited I had a chili and a jalapeno chicken salad it was delicious definitely going to try this again one day soon
Ordered baked potato sour cream and chives. It was cold. They didn't even bother to heat it up. Most all of the tables were dirty. 5:30 pm on 11/22/21
