I feel like I was discriminated against bc me and my husband waited for 15mins before we were even recognized by the waitress. Was not even greeted when we walked in the door and there was only four people waiting on To go orders that were already being prepared, but as soon as a black lady walked in the was helped almost immediately. My order was completely wrong and my husband's was almost wrong except for his sausage. She walked past a group of four people that walked in after us at least 4 times and only acknowledged them when they tried to sit in a booth that she "reserved" for the black lady that just stood there at the bar like she was placing a to-go order instead of sitting in the booth when she came in. We where extremely disappointed in the service we received when we know it not usually like that. ??
the food was delicious but service sucked
This was not bad....I generally don't eat a Waffle House but was staying at a local hotel and after taking a couple mile walk figured I could stand to put some calories back on. ?I enjoyed it, kinda reminded me of an old diner from the 50's Era. The breakfast platter with eggs, home fries, bacon, toast and waffles was great..the coffee was decent as well.
The staff is amazing and the food is great. Love their district manager. She is awesome!!
The staff, the people, the patrons all exceed today's expectations. Everyone needs to work this location for a period of time before they go to their home location to work. They can see how it's done, and how the customers appreciate it.
When I came in it was busy. The cooks and the staff and their communication was impressive. Great team. Food was great.
Great food and service. Be kind to your waiteress. They came to work to serve you. Give them all your appreciation and respect.
Friendly service, low prices, and good breakfast food - exactly what Waffle House is known for. They have a small, but focused menu with a few combinations of egg, sausage, waffles, and other typical breakfast foods. I tried the blueberry waffle and it wasn't exceptional - but was definitely fine. I think the regular waffle is better. The sausage/eggs/grits meal is great if you enjoy grits. It's nice to get away from potatoes for breakfast once in a while. As a bonus, they do have sugar free syrup for the diabetics or those who are watching their diet.
The coup and wages will will respect it and I like the service
Reliably excellent! Attentive servers and great cooks!
