Our travel group of 7 were really looking forward to eating and drinking here for CINCO DE MAYO, but they told us at 8:15 p.m. that they closed at 8 p.m. What decent Mexican restaurant closes this early on CINCO DE MAYO!!?? Lesson learned.
The waiter was rude! He told us to tell him everything we needed because it was too far to walk! The nachos were over cooked. Also the waiter was sarcastic when we asked what all he had to drink. Was the worst trip to this place ever! Will NOT go back!
If you are from Ohio or Pittsburgh, you might like this place. It has all the ingredients for a Mexican restaurant. If you are from Houston or South Texas, you are going to be highly disappointed. Nothing here compares to local Houston Mexican and Tex-Mex cuisine. I can attest because I lived in all of these places, and once thought ChiChis was good stuff. My waitress was good, nonetheless.
Leaving Dallas after living here for 6 years. First stop on the trek was Texarkana. Figures get my last tex mex fix in. I should have went to Taco Bell. Taco Bell would have not only tasted better but I can guarantee even the kids at the drive thru have more personality than the lady who served us.

Love the chips and salsa! As soon as you sit down, before orders are taken, you get plenty of chips and salsa. So many choices of Mexican dishes, I keep coming back to try them all!
One star because that’s the lowest rating available, food was extremely bland, chicken was dry, the cheese in my enchiladas wasn’t even melted, the chips weren’t salted. I ordered a mango margarita and it literally tasted like juice. There was no alcohol in this thing! First Mexican restaurant we tried after moving to the area and it was disgusting. Will not be returning and definitely don’t recommend this place!

Had to pick up an order from here today. Gave them the customers name and paid for it. They couldn’t find it so they took the order and started fresh. Waited about fifteen minutes and someone new comes out and says they can’t find the order. Goes back in after making sure I’m at the right place. She comes back out and takes the order again. I’m normally pretty passive but this affects my income. Why was the order taken twice after arrival? How did the first two get lost? Get it together.
Price on Taco Tuesday went up $3.00 and decreased tacos on plate from 3 to 2. Really! Price is understandable but not quantity! Chips were cold and stale! First bad experience in years. Get it together!
