While my family and I enjoy the food and the price I do not appreciate a 7 year old child taking my order. I am sure this is against some type of labor law as well. Seriously while my son and I were trying to figure out our order the lady. Called for a child sitting at a table to come take my order. I left and sat in my car for a few minutes and saw the child leave with another work. I did go back in to make my purchase.
This is easily the cleanest Taco Bueno I've ever been to. I like the food and am usually willing to overlook how trashed Bueno restaurants usually are. And almost every single one is a mess. Except this one.The management is doing a great job and the employees are friendly. Good job.
Ranted and raved about their tacos to my dad so I decided one evening to take him there. It was about 7:45 when I walked inside with Dad and she said I'm sorry the insides closed only the drive-thru is open. She stated to me when she sort handed she closes the inside.
The food is not what it used to be, beans have no flavor, the queso is like water. The best thing Bueno could do is bring back the taco burger!
Overall, this is trash. The employees are nice, but the food is horrible. The people can’t give us a simple plate, which I think is bs. The food is greasy, and it gives me a puke feeling in my stomach. I hate this, overall 0/5 stars.
Food was cold and had a weird taste. My gut told me not to eat it. Thankfully I only ate half the taco because a few hours later I was sick. The restroom was dirty as well.
Food not to my liking but good customer service. Something you don't get to often at fast food restaurants.
Not sure of the name of man who helped me at the window but he was great. However, the lady who was speaking on the speaker and decided not to respond because she spoke way too fast, get a new job if you’re not happy at the one you’re at.
Guy who served me at the window was super nice and friendly. I happen to hate stopping anywhere only minutes before close…they are ready to go home too type thing. Done food near me still open search on google maps. It read I had 45 minutes plus before close. There were only 2 vehicles in total of large lot (including the rear middle and other business joined by lot) so it seemed deserted in general. The lobby, sign and any exterior business lights were all off. I pulled to the drive thru (this was lit enough to read) but it took at least 15 minutes for any greeting. I had to repeat my single platter order for them 3 times. When I got to the window the young man working the window offered quite a lot of info on the 2 hot sauces he was going to give me so I could recommend them by heat to my friend waiting on his delivery. I would say that the tacos themselves were decent as was one or two additional items sent in the combo platter but there was a side serving of beans that ruined any chance of my return here again. The beans served as an ingredient in one of the platter items had tasted fine. But the side serving of just beans was horrific. It tasted as if there had been some additional ingredient of same consistency mixed in and it was overpowering. Fully in a group that will gag on something and comment on how bad it is…then have u taste it too….yeah that’s us ~ but all present were in agreement that there was something very wrong with this item. First time ever visit will unfortunately be my last.
