I don't normally review this kind of stuff, but this current staff deserves some credit.In the past, I could sense a poor work environment from this store. From the overall happiness of the workers to the amount of effort in getting orders correct and remedying any issues. However, this place has turned over a new leaf in the last few months. It went from my least favorite to being a very nice place to visit.Recently, my orders have been spot on and the drive through staff has been courteous and polite. I've been placing my orders via web/phone app and they keep nailing it. They even get the correct number of packets of sauce that I request. I assume that they must have gotten some very motivated team members and some adjustments in management. The drive through team at 4:15pm 5/6/2022 has changed my opinion of this store.
Have been to this restaurant several times. Hard pressed to get an order the way it is ordered. One time I pulled into the drive thru only to be told I cannot place an order unless I do it thru Door Dash? Tonight I went in about 8:10 pm. There were 2 women at the drive thru, no one at the counter. One women looked back at me 3 times, but no one ever offered to wait on me. There was NO ONE else in line, JUST me. Stood there 5 minutes. I finally thru my hands up and left. Drove over to the Richmond Rd area, and that young man was above and beyond Polite and respectful.I am to the point of staying away from fast food places on 7th Street. 3 in particular, they are RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND YES I AM GOING TO SAY IT, THEY ARE RACISTS. If you are not their color they hate to wait on you. That has been the impression I have gotten from 3 different places in that general area.
Arrived around 7:50 ,didn't realize they didn't open until 8am, which I apologized . I figured me sitting waiting in drive thru for 10 mins would be ok and I was asked by lady over the speaker to bacc up , I'm always at this location because it is close to my house ,but how rude the lady was ,as well as how early it is for the negativity . I'll go all the way over to the St Michael's location before I ever come bacc to this location. Retraining of employees necessary in my opinion.
I love the food it is delicious it is a good place to go if you need something to eat
ive been getting food here for a couple years, and not one single time have i got my order the way i ordered it. just waited in the store for 45 mins to get two tacos that were not only made wrong, but both of which had hair in them. why cant yall do one single thing right like jesus fing christ
Order a number 8 which was 3 Doritos tacos got them supreme and a Baja blast and crunch wrap supreme with another drink once I got home to eat I was missing a 1 of the 3 tacos and didn’t get that crunch wrap
Over the last couple of months I’ve tried to stop here on my way to work, 11pm, several times. Every single time their card machine was “down” and the selection on drinks was drastically reduced.
To be concise.....I paid extra, for steak to be added to my crunch burrito, and did not check it prior to pulling away from the drive=thru.......arrived home, unwrapped it, bit into the burrito, zilch. No meat. I don't dine out much, regardless of fast food, or restaurant fare. Things like lack of oversight and quality control, are why.
Sat in the drive thru for over half an hour with barely anyone here and wanted to leave before I could order and got trapped. Honestly the worst drive thru experience I’ve ever had.
Completely incompetent: waited forever and they got my order wrong. I'm a vegetarian and ordered a black bean burrito, but they gave me one with steak. When I took it back up to tell them it was wrong, they said I must not have ordered correctly. They said I would have to order and pay again. I've been going to Taco Bell my whole life, so I know how to order, and they like to make a big deal about being vegetarian-friendly. This one definitely isn't, and they have horrible customer service. Two other people came up to the counter while I was there because they either hadn't gotten their food after a long wait or were missing an item. Taco Bell is one of my favorites, so it was quite disappointing to have such a poor experience. I definitely won't return to this location.
