The staff is great but the Avocado is falsified information that hurt my baby. It says two simple ingredients on their poster located in the restaurant next the the drinking fountain. Went to give my 6 month smashed avocados as we are currently out of town and ran out of baby food. After the second bite he started screaming. I tasted it and it’s so spicy so I looked up the ingredients for the avocado via subway website and it has jalapeño vinegar and other ingredients. Don’t put up posters if your not going to honor them! But again the staff was friendly but I did mention a side cup for the baby so they could have informed me
Sandwiches here were not as good as at other Subway's. I was charged extra for fresh mozzarella instead of "regular" cheese on the spicy Italian and when I asked for black olives and she put about 6 little pieces on the sandwich. The new beef and cheese sandwich was significantly different at this franchise as well. The beef was dry and chewy and overall the sandwich was sub-par in quality and taste.
They have zero customer service! They won’t even acknowledge you being in their drive thru. On top of that they are rude! Worst subway of all the ones in Texarkana!!!
They are rude and will leave u sitting in the drive thru without acknowledging you being there at all. Today April 8, 2021 I stayed in that drive thru window about 6 or 7 mins maybe even longer before she even came to window. Then when she handed me my sandwich I asked for oil and vinegar twice she just shut the window. They are RUDE!

Good service. Sandwich toppings were not was generous as in other Subways we have visited.
