Customer service isn’t great, but it’s not bad. Every time we go (morning, noon, or night), they don’t have any chocolate chip cookies. Being pregnant, sometimes that’s all I want. Lol But it’s not too bad other than that.
Service was good. I visit Subway shops very often; all over the south central US, and never experience a shop that doesn't offer deli mustard (spicy), oregano, or red wine vineger {oil & vinegar). I was told by staff - these items are not avalable at this location (first and last visit for me). In addition, my veggies were almost frozen due to visible frost build-up bins on the fixin's table . How can you offer italian-style subs or cheesesteak sub without these basic ingrredients. The apple cider vinegar (extremly strong and tart) and the regular mustard (very sour vs spicey). My sandwhich was not very good at all. I considered these items; as basic sub shop items and that all sub shops would offer the same. Not So,

Ordered a BLT came with only bacon! Ordered steak and cheese came with bacon and chicken. 2 weeks earlier ordered tuna fish sandwich after seeing commercial got a sandwich with more mayo than tuna????????? Last time with subway period!

Food was great ... Service was poor. ..... We understand that staffing is a issue these days , but it is also not good business to be rude to customers. It's not our fault that staff aren't at work or don't show up on time. It's none of my business actually. I can in to get good for my family . So Subway train your people to leave it in the break room not on the service line .We will be back in time ..We love Subway and it was heartbreaking to see the unprofessional behavior in front of our children. They were hungry and not there to hear about your day. Step it Subway ☹️

I have been to this subway many time but recently I purchased their tuna sub just like the picture shows the lady said. I threw the entire sandwich away!
Quick, and friendly service. My food was prepared exactly to my specifications. I was quite surprised by there variety of items, and selection.
