Probably the dirtiest Starbucks I’ve seen. I’m he restrooms were in need of attention, the straw was pretty much empty, I overheard an employee telling a customer that they were out of the a few items for his beverage order, and on this visit I found that the orders, even for the same item, we’re not consistent, employees were on cell phones and the entire lobby needed tables wiped and floors cleaned.Very disappointed.
Very nice staff. I wanted something cold like a tea. They had Chai tea. I ordered it. It was a Chai tea LATTE. Horrible - just horrible. I have been going to Starbucks since the 1990's. (Use to go to the Starbucks in Memphis at BookStar on Popular. I even went to Starbucks in London UK eventhough my friends thought Pret was better.) I have never had to send back a drink for a redo but I did this time. The barista made me a peach lemonade. Much better.
Drive thru is awfully designed and a real pain to get through. They also only have what seems to be half the menu available.
Rave: They make a great Matcha LatteRant: They only filled my grande up 3/4 the way. Why am I paying full price and getting ripped off.I even gave them a $5 tip on 2 drinks. Extremely disappointed

No dine in and no takeout but didn’t update listing to reflect that. Also no pour overs if you don’t like Pike Place.
Well trained staff and a short wait time. Small space to sit down if you want to hang out for a bit but the staff were super friendly.
That drive thru is so messed up I got cut off two times. In a row. Great service but people don't have the respect to use the drive thru properly. It needs a change. But someone in front of me saw it and paid for my order so I'm happy!
Irritating….I try to give Richmond Road Starbucks a chance but they fail every time. My frappe did not have an extra shot! No way did it have the extra shot. I just want what I pay for. No worries … I will continue to travel to the Stateline location.
It’s a Starbucks… typically consistent… I ordered a hot tea. First it was rung up incorrect. That was fixed quickly. The tea was so full of hot water I burnt my hand and leg when it spilled getting into the car.
