Taste your drinks before you leave. First time was sour milk, now they made me a drink with no trace of coffee tasted like cream and milk....
20220306-First time at this location, as I have for many years past, on my annual migration stopped at the cafe on Richmond Road. But today, due to a lack of staff, the dining room was closed and caused me to look elsewhere for my air conditioned, coffee brewing, electric outlet availability place to sit and pound on the keys of my computer.
Friendly staff and the kale mushroom bites were surprisingly yummy!
Everyone loves Starbucks. They got a variety of items to choose from. From cold drinks, to hot drinks, even to food. It's always good. Keep it up
The Starbucks in Stateline Texarkana, AR is great. The staff there are always friendly and always get your order right.
I’ve gone here twice. The first experience was great, even though the drive thru was long the baristas were still upbeat and kind, and my order was perfect. I wish I had gotten the name of the barista to praise her. The second time was bad, the lady taking my order and at the window, Stacey, was very rude and exasperated and would interrupt me before I could finish talking, and would loudly sigh when I asked what they had available for breakfast sandwiches or requested light ice. I understand it might’ve been a rough morning but it definitely soured the experience!
I actually had a pleasant experience with Starbucks! It's been so long since this had happened. My local coffee place is shut down right now and this location was just up the road. The workers were hard at work but super friendly! The wait was long but the drinks were made perfectly, nothing came out wrong. Way to go at this location!!! I will come back soon!!! Thank you for redeeming yourself Starbucks!
I am used to starbucks always being packed with a clean environment, it was packed with slow service and the lobby was dirty.. I was disappointed.. I go to Starbucks daily and was from out of town and I have never seen 1 like this..I'm sure the big wigs don't know about this 1... definitely not allow to starbucks, will always be a customer, but not to this location
