I am giving 5 stars because I am one of the lucky few. The few I speak o those who preferr to pay in cash. The offers I redeemed were in App only having to pay with debit credit or gift card. Not everyone has a piece of plastic. What about those that do not carry a card. It's unfair that they came get the same deal available to a card carrying person. And plus doesn't it cost for every credit card or debit charge made?! I mean everyone trying to cut costs... Well there's your sign????????????
Love online app. But if you need to order in one of the stalls, it took me five, yes FIVE, tries to find one that wasn't out of order. Food is always good, drinks the best in town.
Check your order before leaving!!! On February 28th and today March 10th I order thru the app the featured burger. It was the Bacon on bacon quarter pound double cheeseburger. Both times I got back to work and go to eat and there was no bacon on the burger. Since I had already returned to work I could not take it back. So in complete sadness I had to eat my burger with no bacon. That just ain't right. Please so better!

I placed an order on Saturday & wanted to substitute the tots for fries with the meal I ordered. But instead was billed for an extra fry with the meal. The amount was $9.94. I instantly had the carhop to correct it before the food was brought out. The total was then $7.46. When the carhop brought my food the receipt on the bag stated $7.46. I then handed her my debit card to pay. When she came back out with the receipt they had still charged me the $9.94. I let her know they had still charged me the wrong amount. She then went back inside to get the manager on duty. I explained everything to her and she stated she would have to go back in and refund the charge and then charge me the correct amount. She went in for a few seconds and came back and said never mind ma'am we'll take care of it. I said are you sure and she said yes. Well on Monday when I checked my checking account I was still charged the $9.94. I waited until today just to see if anything would be corrected in my account but it wasn't. I then called and was told I would need to come back there & speak to the manager Jason. I explained the story and he refunded me the difference. If the other manager had done what she was supposed to do in the first place and wasting my time to come back there all this could have been avoided. It wasn't the money it was the principal of it all.
Less than impressed. It appeared dirty and sad like they need to remodel. They did serve the drinks well. The iced coffee was good. The tea was good. Not terrible, just a little Grey in appearance.

Waited from 3:19-4:11 (still haven’t gotten order) on order placed on app and have asked 2 times for DRINKS!! If hadn’t already paid would leave. Have asked and given order number receipt number and asked did we just want a refund! No bring the drinks and you should give a refund this is unacceptable. Still haven’t received order while finishing this review!???
