Never going back to this location again.If you happen to order ahead, be aware that there's no cooler to keep your cold items cold. If you arrive precisely on time or just 5 minutes late, the four shakes you've just ordered are likely to be complete liquid. You might not notice this until you drive a few blocks to get back to your home.If you happen to call the store and let them know this happened, you might be surprised to find that no one, although they're polite about it, offers to correct this for you. There's no attempt to make it right. So then you might feel compelled to call corporate...because, this was good money that you spent so that your family would have a nice little treat this afternoon. And instead you're at home trying to refreeze it and make it edible.Once you are able to speak to corporate you might find the person isn't fully listening but after a few attempts they do get most of the information correct... At which point they offer to send you a gift card for half of your purchase and some extra coupons. Half? Why half, you say? To which they say, we've now refunded your card the full amount and you will see that back in your account in 7 to 10 business days.And I still don't have shakes.

The food is cooked to order and usually is hot when you recieve it.
They were so fast and had our order out and right in less than 5 min. It was busy, busy lunch time too. Both sonics in texarkana are understaft but very efficient. Good work guys. 5$ tip from me. Yes! That's hard to get from me!
Ordered a shake ,it was Bad ! Ice cream was almost melted, whipped cream was ' almost runny' had to ask for a spoon. Don't think I will go back there ever again!!!

Stopped for the $0.50 corn dogs on Halloween. Asked the girl for mustard when she brought food out and she told me there was some in the bag and rushed off. There was no condiment inside bag at all.... My frys were almost soggy like they weren't fully cooked.
