The food is okay but the service wasn’t great. My family and I went through the drive through. The line wasn’t moving prior to our order and the lady from the speaker kept rushing us and sounded really rude.

I went to this location 4 days ago. As I was there I ordered my food and started waiting. This nice gentleman name Marquise Cornelius came and my sons said they like his hat then all of a sudden they was talking about football and he was giving them tips and telling them never give up. Now my kids ask everyday can they go back just to talk to him. Oh btw they food was amazing my kids met a friend and had a good meal it was a successful day. Hopefully they hold on to him for a long time!!
Absolutely the worst service I have ever had. They made my sandwich 4 times before they got it right. Do not come here go to state line
I REALLY want to give a 5 star rating because I have always loved the food. I’ve had VERY mixed experiences lately. I go there a lot… First off, Jessica is likely the BEST employee they have. I mainly just go in the mornings so I’m not sure about ppl that work PM. The other employees seem rude or very slow/inattentive. Yesterday I ended up just leaving because no one even talked to me in the drive thru so after several minutes I just left. Like I said… very mixed experiences. Jessica is awesome, hope they can hang on to her!

Schlotsky's is just about my favorite lifetime place to eat. I absolutely crave these sandwiches, mouth waters just thinking about them. They discontinued their whole wheat bread :( but I do love the sourdough, too. It's a little expensive if you get one of their giant sandwiches. A lot of folks share, but I have to admit I can singlehandedly eat every last crumb of that great big one. Can't go very often, but I appreciate it all the more when I splurge for one.
We went through the drive through and ordered 3 sandwich meals (The Original, Turkey Original, and Turkey Bacon Club). The sandwiches were all average tasting and borderline disappointing. This was my first time visiting this location and it didn’t taste anything like the Schlotzsky’s I used to love. We also got an order of Cinnabon’s and they were pretty good. The service was good too, so hopefully they can do better on those sandwiches.
