Food is usually excellent. Three stars because not once in the last year have we gotten the extra sauces we paid for without checking the boxes, seeing they're missing, and going back to counter. Half the time they then want to look at receipt to see if they should give you one. That whole process is understandable but very frustrating when it has been 100% of our visits in a year now.
The food was as expected but this Cane's in Texarkana had a fantastic employee that greeted us in a warm way and brought our food to us. Later he was clearing tables and visiting with all the dining room patrons. Proof that customer service is not gone. Great place!
Delicious chicken, and speedy service. Always a treat to stop in and have some of their food. If you enjoy lemonade, be sure to try theirs, it's freshly made every day.
We were looking for a place to get a quick meal after a conference session. It was about 9:30, and most restaurants were already closed. Cane's was open, very friendly, and had our order freshly cooked, delicious, and ready quickly.
Great chicken for a reasonable price. We love Raising Cane's anytime we are near one, unfortunately we live in West Michigan and the closest one is 2+ hours away.
It's really good chicken, the staff is pleasant and the concept is interesting. French Fries need to be fresh and sliced on site not frozen crinkle cut. Otherwise a really good experience.
Was absolutely slam packed but service was awesome friendly and fast for my to go order
The place has great food, usually never problem with chicken. The fries were not hot and the bread tasted old, but Chicken tenders are awesome.
I'll have to be honest up front, I have never eaten Cane's before, this was my first time I'm not entirely sure if I just came on a bad day or a busy day, but here we go. The chicken was juicy but it was not crispy whatsoever, the fries were great cooked perfectly and the bread was kind of the best part of the meal, thankfully the "Cane Sauce" came in to save the day made the entire meal taste better, as I stated prior this was my first experience with Cane's I'll rate it a 6/10. I will be back lol hopefully the chicken is crispy this time ? looking forward to updating you on my next review when I'm in town.
I'm passing through this area and this is probably the most underwhelming Raising Cane's I've ever been to.The person taking my order at the drive-thru sounded like she woke up five minutes ago. I asked for light ice in my drink, but they still gave me so much ice that my cup was still half full of ice after I had finished it. When it was my turn to pick up my food, they asked me to pull forward to the curb, so I was idling for about ten minutes while ten other cars got their food before mine and tried to get around me in a narrow one-way drive-thru lane, trying not to swipe me. When my food finally came out, I asked why so many people behind me got their food before me, and she said that mine took longer to make (even though I only ordered one combo), then turned around and walked away with no further explanation. I asked for ketchup, but didn't receive any.I've been to a lot of different Raising Cane's, and they're usually great. I recommend going to a different location if you want a normal Raising Cane's experience.
