The food wasn't to bad but the staff was awful ... One guys yelling at a manager who was on break about another employee. Then when I went to the counter to ask for honey (we bought a 4 pk of biscuits) the manager working the counter gave me 2 packets, so I asked if I could have a few more. She went and picked up 2 more packets and took them to the girl working drive thru and said "here give these to that white girl"...
This is the box they gave me minus the fries I ate those. They told me pull up it going to be a while. I didn’t ask how long I didn’t give a attitude that’s giving perfect opportunity to take their time with my food. This for one is not 1/4 lb of shrimp but also wayyyyy over done. Now they did give me another box still not 1/4lb and over cooked but I had to get to work so the buscuits and fries were all I ate.
We're in town working nights. Got off work STARVING!!! There were alot of us waiting for them to open and they did not disappoint. Food was fresh and the ladies at the counter were prompt and professional. Ms. Labritne and her crewWere very courteous and had a good sense of humor. Made our day! Sometimes we're quick to judge people without thinking if they're having a rough day or even mourning the loss of a loved one.We can make a difference just by being compassionate and thoughtful....the mouth speaks from the abundance of the heart ❤️. Ordered online and there were some things that they did not carry that I ordered. The manager quickly got everything handled. And pleasantly. The line was so long that we went in to pick up our order and everyone of the staff members were very polite and kind. It’s been a long time since we have gotten customer service that was this good from anywhere. Thank you guys!!!!
I ordered a 3 wing combo and the girl in the window put 2 thighs and a breast in my box. If you ran out of wings just say that instead of throwing whatever you feel like in the box. I expect to get what I asked and paid for. You all need to do better because this terrible customer service is getting tired. Train your employees better and at least act like you care about doing your job the right way.
I'm from Florida so I love Whataburger, but this one was absolutely horrible. Anything I wanted to drink was out. I had to go back to the counter five times to get things that should have been provided for the first time. The food was subpar. The biscuits were hockey pucks. And the service wasn't that great.
Waited almost 15 min for some bite sized stuffed jelly donuts after I got my food. Then they just sitting in a paper bag with powdered sugar leaking everywhere
Been sitting at the drive through menu now for 38 minutes with 20 cars behind me. The person told me to hold on and that was 40 freaking minutes ago!! What is going on? This is ridiculous I've never waited so long and been ignored and when I finally got someone to take my order she said they were sold out of everything I wanted. And when I pulled up to the window I could see inside about 6 people working and there was food and trash all over the floor it was disgusting. Get it together people. Do. Better!
Lately, they never have the items on the menu and won’t honor online specials and offers. Gas is too expensive to go over there and not be able to get things on their menu. Tonight I asked for the 10 piece family meal that was online. I was told they only have tenders. Then they wouldn’t honor the 14 piece family tender meal that was advertised online for their location. Enough is enough. This has happened too many times lately and it can’t all be blamed on the times. It’s just poor management.
No coke. No sprite.No Dr Pepper. No tea. Nothing but OrangeStrawberry and Hawaiian punch. No Fries ready no biscuits ready chicken was cold and slimy. The young guy behind the counter didnt know what in the world he was doing. Tjw manager was sitting on a stool out the dining area and had no concern for the way her store was being run. Worst possible experience ever.
