Worse tasting pizza I have ate in my whole life. Use to be a great place. Very disappointed.
Had a huge order...something was wrong so I called for what I ordered for...They told me there's nothing they can do even though their employee put it in wrong. Not using this location again.
Victoria and April has GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHICH in Texarkana has been lacking lately. They were friendly nice and all smiles. They are definitely 5STAR. Keep it up.
I ordered the pizza shortly after 6:00 pm and had to call nearly an hr later to see where my order was. I finally got my order an hr and half after i ordered it. Also they didnt have the pan pizza crust so they called to see what they could substitute it for and i told them hand tossed. We got stuffed crust. And the pizza crust wasnt even fully done. On the positive side the cheese sticks were good.
App wouldn't allow us to get delivery. Pizza, as always, was great.
My last two orders have been prepared incorrectly. The first time I had driven too far to return to have the order corrected. The second time I arrived home, had to call the store, and wait again to have my order corrected. I already had to wait 45 minutes, versus the 15 minutes promised, only to have a totally different pizza than what I ordered. This is very disappointing.

The delivery driver went above and beyond to make sure my family was satisfied with our order. One large pizza was missing from the order and the driver rushed to get the pie and was back at our house within five minutes. And all this on a Friday evening!
Good Pizza, pickup window is a plus also ordering online no waiting.
I ordered online for a later pickup and the order was exactly right and cooked on time. Service was very friendly.
