I tried giving them one more chance after the empty pizza boxes being delivered. This time it took two hours to get the pizza and wings I ordered for my children. Do to the fact I'm on call I couldn't cook this time. I asked the young lady why they said 28-35 mins on the order, and my children didn't get their food until two hours later. Didn't even offer me a discounted price. Could've told me as I was ordering they were having driver issues. I would've came and picked the pizza up. Might've taken ten more minutes to get to my call, but my children would've been fed. I'm not mad, but if I'm going to place a review I'm going to be honest. It's been great pizza Hut. I will be claiming my remaining Hut rewards points, but I can no longer be a loyal rewards customer receiving this from service in return. Thank you. Blessings on acquiring new delivery drivers.
The lady could not find my order I waited 10 minutes for her to look and it was right there in front of her
We have had delivery from the Pizza Hut many times always graded with a friendly face and their Delivery is right on time
Stop shortening store hours. Placed a order by 7:37 pm for wings and a pizza and get a call that they are canceling my order because they are closing down early. Then I see on line that the store hours are only until 8pm now. This will strongly effect my likelihood of ever using pizza hut again or recommending them.
I ordered on like and on google it says the store is open but the phone said the store is closed and the app said the store was cookin the food and tht it should be delivered at 3:36 and they are issuing a refund that will hit in 3 to 5 business days

Staff is always great, food tastes great and is always hot...and when I order ahead the timing is always right so I don't waste a moment of my lunch break, standing in line and waiting. Keep up the good work!
