Waitress was nice. It was the weekend so parking was horrible. Had to park across in the seafood restaurant parking lot. The food itself imo was horrible. Tasted like it was left out all day. Had the smokehouse fajita plate. The food was cold. Tasted like it's been sitting out for sometime. Sausage was horrible. That's the easiest thing that shouldn't be bad . I would have marked it a 1 star but the waitress was nice. I wouldn't recommend coming here for the food.
Passing thru Texarkana on the way to Memphis. Stopped for a bite and received quick and efficient service. I left my phone on the table, and didn't realize it for 2 hours. My husband called the restaurant and Luke the manager said he would mail it the following day, which was his day off. I received my phone 2 days later. Luke would not allow me to compensate him for his effort. Renews my faith in humanity. Thank you Luke
Came in by myself to eat. Went to the restroom really quick and came right back to stuff stacked on my food. Food I wasn't finished with. I found that so rude and a little embarrassing. People are so quick to assume. Do better. What really bothers me, is that I wasn't even away from my table but a few minutes and my server was so quick to throw dishes and napkins on top my food. A piece of advice, give people a minute before so quickly assuming that they left.
after standing at the front for over 5 mins without even a greeting. an employee approached the host stand she glanced at the stand then turned around and walked away. eventually we were greeted & taken to our table. Service was ok. This was my 1st time in almost a decade @ an O. T.B. and was my friends 1st time ever. He loved the Makers mark margarita and I loved my margaritas.
Was there with my friends last week, the door greeter didn't even say hello, she acted very unfriendly didn't even smile. We got seated and the waitress was very nice ?. We waited over an hour for our food. My three friends order half order of quesadillas three little pieces and we're charged close to nine dollars for them. I ordered soft tacos al carbon and the tortillas were like leather and the food was warm. There was three other tables who got there after us and they were served before us. I will never go there again.
1 star because I wasted $20 on the most ridiculous "Birria Tacos" ordering on UberEats today. They were not even SEASONED. The consommé container was about 1/4 full, and had no seasoning or meat in it, I couldn't even dip the taco and saturate it. I did call the restaurant and spoke with a manager named David, he did his best and reached out to UberEats, but ultimately UberEats refused to refund me even with proof of an order issue. 2 stars for David for trying, but my 1 star stands. On The Border in Texarkana constantly FAILS on To Go orders. This is not my first issue, I'm sick of it. If you're ordering "to go" may the odds be ever in your favor.
everything was good almost the drinks
This place was terrible. The waitress had no personality and was extremely slow. The chips were mediocre and the queso was cold. We sat for 15 minutes before we were ever approached. The food was cold and tasteless. The best tasting meal ended up making my mom sick. Absolutely pathetic.
This was the worst meal we ever had at a restaurant. The meat on the taco salad was cold mush. The fries were half raw and cooked in old grease . the chimichanga was fried in old grease as well. Chips were stale. The queso was at most room temp and tasted like cheese whiz. Worse of all, after we left , my wife's stomach started hurting so bad she was almost in tears and got sick on our way home. I said something to the hostess before we left and she just smiled and walked off. Our waitress wouldn't listen and acted like she wanted be anywhere but there.
