Hostess told us there were no booths available. We pointed at the empty booths across from the table she led us to. We reluctantly sat at the small table in the middle of the dining area and watched the hostess begin seating customers at the very booths we pointed to. Literally two minutes after she forced us to sit at a table. Next time, if there is a next time, we will simply say no and leave.
Today I wanted a change from the normal burger and fries for lunch. I walked in and was told the hostess would be back in a minute. Told her I wanted to eat and it was just me and that I have an hour for lunch and 10 minutes had already gone by and was still not seated at a table. I joked that she shouldn’t make me go to McDonald’s for lunch since the food was quick and cheap. She suggested I go to Outback Steakhouse…. Guess where I’m writing this review from?Less than 2 minutes in the door and I have a table, coke to drink and bread to snack on while I wait for my steak.
Went to Olive Garden today with my boyfriend and we had a great experience. Our waitress, Ciera, did a fantastic job taking care of us. She was really on top of it making sure we had everything we needed and that our drinks stayed refreshed. And she did it all with a very pleasant and friendly attitude. She was a great example of good customer service.
Made a quick lunch stop when passing thru Texarkana and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We were greeted with a smile, seated promptly and served proficiently by Jackie (EXCEPTIONAL server! Nothing we requested was troubling, great disposition and personality). Food was tasty, too. If you like Olive Garden, this location is one of the better establishments!
The food was very good and we had a great waiter! One horrible thing though was one of the managers. You think the manager would be welcoming and nice, but this was not the case! JENNIFER was terribly rude and pointed her finger at one of the members of our table. We asked for bread several times and she said she just put some in the oven multiple times! She was not welcoming at all and was very unprofessional!!
Our server, Ciera, was absolutely amazing! She payed attention to detail and was so kind. The food was fresh and hot. When we go back we will request this sweet young lady!
Ordered soup and salad. Was brought wrong soup. Reported to waitress who insisted it was not. She brought manager to table who also insisted it was correct. Looked up menu on website and showed the waitress the description of ingredients in their soups. No response. Very poor service all around. Will not return.
1pm arrival to celebrate my son's birthday but the experience was not up to par. Restaurant was not busy, but we were felt rushed out by server. My son didn't even feel comfortable opicking his free dessert. We will not return, any time soon.
Food is delicious. Nice service. Cold however.
First, when you walk in you get hit with the most foul oder. It literally smells like a dirty gym sock. The place is dirty, dingy and they try to cover it all up with dim lighting. Second, my friend went to the bathroom and when he came back he demanded that we leave and not order. Apparently he saw an employee use the restroom and NOT wash his hands afterwards. And last, I personally used the restroom, I washed my hands and when I went to dry my hands I noticed that the paper towels were sitting on the sink and the top of the roll was stained with blood. I will never go here again.
