I went through the drive-thru, placed my order, drove to the first window where I was greeted and I paid for my food. I pulled forward to the second window where I was again greeted, given my food and drink and wished a nice day. The order was exactly as I ordered it.
No one up here knows how to have any kind of customer service. The order is 99% of the time wrong. When you bring it to their attention they make sure you know how you are putting them out. Don't go here unless you want to be treated rudely and have your order wrong.
Service was friendly but I had mold on my buns ?
Customer Service is better than it was. Couple times I went before close. About 15 to 20 minutes before. No one answered in drive thru and they were in there playing around.
They are extremely rude I came through with change and it seemed to be a BIG they are rude they are just downright ugly to their customers just because I had change it seemed to be a problem I hope y'all can do better than this
Suppose to open at 5. We were refused service because they were not open . Several people were lined up in drive through. Horable service at this location.
They don't serve their breakfast menu all day anymore. And that is the best part of their menu. Still, the kids really like McDonald's.
I went there last night and when my boyfriend went to make our order the last taking orders was very rude she said what do y'all want and rushed us we'll we get to window our order was mest up and didn't have half of what we ordered on it then we pull down to get the order and my boyfriend asked for extra chocolate in his mocha frappe when we ordered but because she didn't put it in the computer they changed him extra for it even though it. Was her mess up by not listening and being very very rude not happy with the service we got won't spend my money there again thanks
No trash cans out side. I wish they would make drive through where people can't cut the line
Manager was very rude, but the employees were better. Food was hot and fresh.
