Foid was ordered and filled in a timely and fruendly manner by a friendly gentleman cashier.
Only McDonald’s in Texarkana that won’t honor deals or coupons and complete purchases via the app. Was fully charged online via app & Apple Pay, clearly saw it on the restaurant screen via drive thru (the deal being honored and the total being the one I paid for on my phone and my bank account already reflecting it). There’s something wrong they do at this place where the deal doesn’t get honored by the time you get to the cashier window. The clueless worker was telling me I was short about $4 (I got the get 10 chicken nuggets get second one for 1 cent deal). That amount was for the second order of 10 chicken nuggets. I was being fully charged for it. I wouldn’t get a second order of those at all if it wasn’t for the “deal”. They made me park. Manager cancelled my $25 or so order at my request. She was nice but clearly not tech savvy and didn’t understand how the app works. If she is the one training the employees, it makes sense they are all are getting the wrong training. This was the third time that happened there. I don’t live in that neighborhood, so I don’t necessarily go to that location often (and I wouldn’t go to McDonald’s often anyway). First time I thought it was odd and maybe something wrong with the app. Second time was suspicious because I went to a location nearby after similar incident and my deal was honored there without issue. Third time was the last straw. I definitely can’t go back there because deals are totally honored and fine at other locations in town. This happened March 4. It’s March 14 and I haven’t been refunded for the $25 and the food I never got. I expect lots of lawsuits in the future against McDonald’s and this app because restaurants won’t refund you for anything purchased via the app
Ice-cream machine never working when I go. The one on New Boston Road. Have to go across town to Mcdonalds in Arkansas. I like ice cream with my burgers.

Sausage biscuit is good. Also hash browns.But they are getting higher on their prices. But so is everyone else. You can thank president Biden for that.
Had to have my sandwich remade was sloppy and cold. Asked for extra pickles didn't get but did on the remake. They were fast to help and very nice. Will go again

Always disappointed in our visits through the drive through. I wished I could give a great review but to be honest, I just can't. The workers don't really care about customer service. I really wished that those who work in customer service fields realize that the way they treat and speak with the customers determines how the customers experiences turns out. It's not cool when before we order we are in a great mood but after giving our order we are disappointed with the way they want to rush us through or talk to us like we are bothering them. Please work on customer service. Thanks
Couldn’t give a negative rating so I had to pick 1. Very poor customer service. Made me wait over 20 minutes for two pies after not noticing my kiosk order and forcing me to prove I ordered it by showing the debits on my bank account. I will never visit this McDonald’s again.
Took my daughter and my son-in-law I always enjoy hot spicy extra mayo onions large mocha frappe and a big glass of sweet tea
