I ordered a large fry and a large coke on the app using the deal for a free large fry with purchase. The app showed that I was being charged 1.08. I was actually charged 4.75. This would have been the amount of the charge without the discount. I pointed this out to the store manager who told me that there was nothing they could do since I ordered through the app. I asked what I needed to do to correct the charge and she replied "I don't know. We don't have anything to do with the app." The employee working the drive thru window looked at me and said "So do you want this or not. You're holding up our line." I order on the app almost daily and have never had this happen before. Being overcharged is bad enough, but the fact that the employees were rude on top of it made a bad experience worse.

Guys I've seen way better service then what I just witnessed. 3-4 customers waiting on their food and the front line person is already clocked out. No one said a word for 10 minutes while I waited to order. I asked if anyone was on front line and they gave a rude reply including the manager.Customer service guys or find a different job.
I drove in from out of town on a Friday and needed breakfast, so naturally I stopped at The McDonalds drive-thru. It was 10:38am and I was told breakfast had already ended—breakfast shouldn’t be done until 11:00/11:30, depending on the day. I can’t stand to eat anything else on McDonald’s menu aside from breakfast, so McDonalds has lost a lot of business by limiting the time they serve breakfast. But it was frustrating how they still should have been serving breakfast but declined my order.

Can't compete with Whataburger across the street, but who can. The difference is the employees. The Rewards and Daily Deals is the only reason I go to McDonald's.
Fries were cold and my big Mac was all over the place...top part on one side of box and bottom on the other...whole box was full of lettuce.
The breakfast crew was super fast and some of the best service I've had at a fast food restaurant
Drive through customer service always suck. I wished I could say something nice but unfortunately I can't. The managers of this Mc Donald's need to put people with good customer service in drive through.
