The last 2 visits to this locations drive thru have been AWESOME!! Kudos to the cook, hubby hasn't had a good Double Qtr Pounder no pickles in AGES!! He has had it twice, made to perfection! Thank you Leary's McDonald's!!
This was by far the best McDonald's I have been to. The Coca-Cola was spot on, fries were hot and fresh, salt, ketchup and napkins in the bag. The sweet girl at the drive through was the best!! I wish I had gotten her name so I could give her a shout out. A+++
Been trying to eat breakfast there for 2 weeks..why is your door locked at 530 and no one will come to the drive thru window...
After the drive through lane was closed in the morning for over a week, I finally asked why. I don't remember ever being spoken to so rudely from a fast food establishment, all because I asked a question. I used to go to this location every morning before work; I'll never go there again. Do better.
After receiving my order, I realized that 3 items were missing. The drive through is the only option that is open, so we waited in line again. When we told the employee what was wrong with our order, the same employee that took our order and gave us our food, she accused us of lying and wouldn’t serve us our missing food. We were also refused a refund.
Absolutely horrible attitude by counter staff. Not even mentioning she went straight from emptying trash can to filling food bags without washing her hands
I go here a couple of times per week for breakfast. Haven't been inside in years but the drive through is always on their game.
THE RUDEST EMPLOYEES!!!!I went to grab breakfast this morning, my transaction was simple. After I received my order I kindly asked for ketchup. This lady answered me in the most rude bitter tone; “you should have asked for it at the beginning with the cashier!”. I don’t know who the hell she think she is talking to customers that way, that’s unacceptable!! And it shouldn’t matter when I ask for it, people usually ask for ketchup when they receive their order!I worked for customer service all of my life and I have never spoken to customers In that manner. I don’t care if you hate your job, but don’t be rude to people!! She’s: petite, African-American, with long black braids. I called back to ask for her name, woman on the phone said there’s two women with that same hairstyle. She asked, “ why what’s the problem, ok I’ll speak to her it shouldn’t matter when you ask for it”. Apparently they are use to receiving complaints from this location. The fact that they didn’t want to provide me with her name says it all; they cover for each other and it’s not reported to management, and the issue is never resolved.
Wish these were everywhere across the country. Truly a one stop shop for everyone on the road. Gas, hot fresh food, drinks, showers, bathrooms, laundry, dog park and more
