Great service, but the chicken and steak on my dish were extremely dry and overdone. My wife's meal was perfectly prepared. The huge shrimp cocktail was the best we have ever shared and the price on it was very reasonable. Overall an enjoyable meal.
The food was great, but the service could’ve used some work.After being taken to our seat we were asked if we already knew what we wanted. This being the first time I’d ever been to the place, I needed more time.About 3 minutes later they came back to see if we had decided. We hadn’t.3 minutes after that the waiter came back and simply said “ok you’ve had enough time. What do you want?” It honestly just felt like I was being rushed in and out of the restaurant. Not exactly the ideal feeling when on a lunch date.
Very good food, portions and prices. I had the mexi-rolls which were delicious and I'd definitely have again. No issues with our to-go order.
I've been to both locations several times now. The service is stellar and the food is phenomenal! I try to have something new every time I go. My favorites are the Shrimp Carribe, Cabo Tacos, and anything with carnitas. The white queso is another thing on the menu I've come to love.Aside from a friendly and flavorful experience, both locations are comfortable and clean. After a bad experience with food poisoning at a different restaurant, I take food quality rather seriously and I've always left Loca Luna feeling stuffed and energized. Not once have I ever felt bad or ill after eating here.If you're dining during a rush, the location off Richmond Road is the better option as there are more parking spaces available there than at the 7th Street site. However, a packed house is a good sign and if you do have to wait, it will be worth it. Definitely my first choice when eating out in Texarkana!

The best I have ever had. Hadn't had a chilli reyno that good since poncho's. They were amazing. The staff took excellent care of us the whole time we were there. We'll be back. We've found our new spot for a nice and authentic Mexican restaurant.
Hubby and I had a wonderful lunch yesterday. Michelle provided excellent service and we can hardly wait to return!

This restaurant is definitely one of the hidden gems in Texarkana. The atmosphere and fantastic service is a delight. The only thing holding them back is maybe the rice as it tastes a little funny. Maybe order double beans when you go. Everything else is top notch!
