1.40 minutes later I canceled my order. Thank goodness someone had canceled in front of me. I ended up buying his pizzas. The staff was making extra pizzas when they were 2 hours behind on orders! Someone seriously had been waiting 2 hours! The staff isn’t rude they just have NO CLUE what they’re doing. Zero common sense! Approximately 20 people were waiting inside that tiny place! ?
We ordered 21 pizzas for a church event. Ordered a few days in advance and setup the pickup time... They had everything ready and freshly mm add... Great job ?
Ordered before they even opened, by 11am (when they open) it said our order was ready. We got there at 11:05am and their doors were locked. They didn’t unlock them until 11:15am despite me trying to open the door twice and making accidental eye contact with the lady behind the counter trying to see if there was anyone inside. Our order was already ready, but they just weren’t unlocking the doors. When we finally got our pizzas and got home to eat, they were overcooked.

Ordered three hot and ready pizzas and two out of three were still raw and youd think they would take care of it instead of cutting it and sending it out
The people are wonderful. Very nice and courteous. Often there are mess ups so be sure to double check your food.
Sucked, Ordered online drove 14 miles to pick it up. Still not ready they didnt even have my ordered started. Waited 1 hour for them to get it ready and still not even the right order...
Worst one you could ever go too. If i could give negitive stars i would. 1st everytime u go in there it takes more than 15 min ( i mean way more)to get A pizza. 2nd the pizza is eigther way over cooked (burnt) or cold. 3rd there is no customer service. Not friendly and doesnt seem to care about customers. What ever happened to hot and ready pizza ? This location wasnt even busy. I was the only customer in the store! Horrible service.
Nothing hot or ready, took 5 mins to get someone to take order. Pizza wasn't very good at all. No sauce on half and 3 inches of crust around perimeter. Won't be back again any time soon
Placed an order online at 7pm 10/31/21. Says they dont close until 10pm, google showed them open. Website accepted my order and charged me. Went to pick it up and the store is closed.
